This funding allows for 18additional grants—The STOP Act enhancementgrants in the Center forSubstance Abuse Preventionwere funded at $7 MILLION -$1 million above the FY 2019appropriated level. This is thehighest level ever appropriatedfor this program and will allowfor 20 additional grants
