Kudos to Monic Hill, the Executive
Director of the West Park-Fairview Family
YMCA. She was selected to take part in
the 5th Cohort Multicultural Executive
Development Program (MEDP) through
the YMCA of the USA. Through a comprehensive
application, narrative essay, resume
and other supporting documents,
the selection committee felt that Monic
embodied potential qualities to become
a successful leader in the YMCA
Movement. Only 13 candidates were selected
nationally.
