Purchased at the <strong>Karaka</strong> <strong>Yearling</strong><br />
<strong>Sale</strong>, this colt is purpose-bred and<br />
subsequently built for the C<strong>la</strong>ssics<br />
and Derbies with a bright future<br />
looking towards the Cups.<br />
This a family we are very familiar<br />
with having raced Group Two winner<br />
<strong>Miss</strong> Gunpowder who features in<br />
this colt’s third dam.<br />
Out of the winning Zabeel mare<br />
<strong>Miss</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>Frenz</strong> (who has produced<br />
three winners from three runners),<br />
he is bred on the magic <strong>Tavistock</strong>/<br />
Zabeel cross which has already<br />
produced Group One Derby winners<br />
Tarzino and Werther.<br />
We look forward to this colt being<br />
our first racing venture with highly<br />
successful syndication company<br />
Champion Thoroughbreds. Once<br />
broken-in, this colt will join the<br />
stable of prominent Sydney trainer<br />
John O’Shea. We currently have<br />
three horses in work with John; all<br />
of which are winners with b<strong>la</strong>cktype<br />
targets on the cards for the<br />
prestigious ‘Championships’ this<br />
autumn.<br />
