About Us
At Rustic Hire we have a passion for furniture,
design, restoration, woodwork and sustainable living.
We pride ourselves on being a bespoke furniture
hire company built around creating and selecting
characterful items for unique events.
OUR STOCK
From beautiful
dining tables made
from reclaimed
oak, vintage folding
chairs from Chicago,
to a bar made from
Georgian pine and
mahogany – we’ve
got everything you
need to party in
style!
After contacting us with your request, our team will
liaise with you to confirm dates and stock. We’re
happy to advise on different options and will keep in
touch along the way.
On your delivery day our skilled couriers will drop
off your order, within an arranged timeframe, and
return to collect everything after your event.

Our small but inventive team are happy to liaise through

any area from stock availability and logistics to sourcing
specific items and building bespoke pieces.
We have a wealth of experience working within intricate
and multi-scale spaces and pride ourselves on our
customer care - working with you to ensure all items are
delivered on time and with appropriate consideration.

Tables will be the heart of your event

the natural simplicity of the reclaimed
wood a perfect foil to wild flowers, lush

Our stock ranges from vintage cake
stands and serving tables through
classic trestle and industrial round
tables, all the way to 3m trestles with
seating for up to ten people.
Whether used banquet style, or for
casual or formal dining our variety of
Oak, Maple, Pine and Mahogany woods
offer an option for every occassion.

Whether your wedding is taking place indoors or

MADE BY HIS TORY
All of our furniture has a story, with tables and
bars handmade from salvaged or reclaimed
wood. Our Great Oak Trestle Tables started life
as a sprung dance floor, before we made them
into the perfect banqueting table, while our
bars are constructed from materials ranging
from disused potato crates to repurposed
parquet flooring.
If you’re after something specific, just ask;
we’re happy to discuss custom-made pieces.

INDUSTRIAL ROUND TABLES
Our Industrial
Round Tables are
built from beautiful
Nordic pine, rough
sawn and gently
sanded before
being waxed
and buffed, they
provide a wild and
natural-looking
alternative to other
circular tables.
THE DRINKS LAB
From the imposing
metal frame to
the reclaimed
iroko science lab
counters, The
Drinks Lab is a
real show stopper.
Designed and
constructed to our
proprietary design,
it provides a heady
mixture of luxury
and cool.
PULPIT BAR
Reclaimed from
a Cornish church,
this former lectern
is made of solid
oak to create a
spiritual home for
spirits! Its angular
design means it
can be used as an
elegant centrepiece
or fit snuggly
across a corner.
INDUSTRIAL ROUND POSEURS
A great addition to
bar areas, making
a space where you
can have a drink
whilst standing and
conversing.
Stools are great
with poseurs,
creating levels
that break up
environments
and form dynamic
atmospheres.

GREAT OAK TABLES
Originally a dance
floor salvaged from
a stately home
in Kent, these
beautiful oak tables
are the perfect
choice for any
rustic wedding or
event. They blend
hardwood quality
with flexibility,
easily folding away
should you need
the space.
LA FAYETTE FOLDERS
We’re proud to
be one of the UKs
only stockists
of this unique
folding chair, from
La Fayette, near
Chicago. Supremely
comfortable with
a thick backrest,
they’re suitable for
all number of uses,
including dining
and wedding
services.
GERMAN BEER TABLES & BENCHES
A simple, cost
effective table
with matching
benches that
doesn’t sacrifice
that classic vintage
look. Perfect for
bar areas, casual
seating or a snack
buffet. As found in
beer halls across
Munich - the no
fuss table!
DUTCH PINE TRESTLES
Our gigantic
ten-seater trestles
are made from
planks reclaimed
from a cheese
factory in Holland,
where they were
used to mature
Gouda. The length
of the wood is
stunning and
makes unique 3m
long banqueting
tables.
CLUBHOUSE BAR
Our Clubhouse
Bar is made with
a single piece of
mahogany sourced
from a school. The
front is a salvaged
country estate oak
panel, so it feels
at home in a large
space. Able to be
folded; it’s fixed
with only four
wing-nut bolts, so
is very simple to
assemble.

LEATHER ARMCHAIRS
We have a number
of classic club
chairs and sofas
from the 1920s, a
time when English
upholstered
furniture was the
height of quality
manufacturing. In
original condition
to retain all of
their generous
character.

BEACH HOUSE TABLES
We were captivated
by this wood
sourced from
an old harbour
warehouse. They
have a lovely raw
colour with the
original white
paint sanded and
varnished for a
smooth clean table
top. They make
us think of beach
houses!
STALL BARS
Our most popular
and versatile
bar. With over
30 modular units
available, these
bars can be scaled
to any event. Great
for expo displays,
food markets, beer
festivals or simple
garden parties and
wedding bars.

House Tables to dress their
magnificent barn wedding in
Selbourne.
BRITISH WAR DEPT. FOLDERS
Sourced from
across the UK,
these achingly
simple beech
chairs are truly a
piece of history.
Many still have
the original ‘WD’
insignia from as
early 1942. Ideal
for dining and
wedding services.
GIANT WHISKY BARRELS
These ex-whisky
casks are over a
hundred years old.
We import them
from Scotland
because they
work so well for
displays and poser
tables. By adding
our walnut planks
these can easily
be turned into a
bespoke bar or
larger displays.

features a rattan

alternative to a
standard tent, our
Military Marquee
evokes the spirit of
bygone safari eras
and can be dressed
with hard floors, a
stage area, leather
chairs and bespoke
chandeliers.

from village halls across
Indonesia, these colourful
vintage seats are perfect

milk churns are just
