MISSION
The Champignon Cafe is an authentic
French cafe in the heart of the Old Town
of Chicago. Our singular goal is that
our service, cuisine and ambiance
will transport a guest to a great cafe
table in France. The menu is prepared
entirely from scratch, and changes with
the seasonal availability of the finest
ingredients, and the inspiration of the
chef. Our service is refined, informative
and unobtrusive. Come enjoy an evening
at The Champignon Cafe with your favorite
companions and our superb food and wine.
