Discover Financial Services

Discover Financial Services provide banking and credit products, and operate

the Discover and Pulse networks across the UK and USA. With nearly 50 million

cardholders, their ‘Discover Card’ is the third largest credit card brand in the US.

Our partnership began in 2009 when we made our first placement; a Java

developer in their Farnborough, UK office. Over the next decade we have grown to

be the largest and most successful supplier of talent to DFS.

Challenge

DFS needed a highly experienced team of JSF Developers to complete a highly

niche payment processing project on time, and in a location prone to recruitment

challenges. This was alongside their continuing need for pre-qualified, highly skilled

talent across multiple areas of their global operations.
