Preface

We started this exciting journey of transforming our culture in March 2019,

with the objective of achieving a unified GKFG and increased staff

engagement. This journey lead to new relationships being formed, teams

being created - drawn from all levels within the organization - focused on

developing solutions in three (3) key areas: Leadership, Work life Balance and

Communication.

With these solutions being deployed we can say we are well on our way to

building a unified GKFG and a highly engaged team powered by 3Gs: Great

Leaders, Great People and a Great Environment.

We want you to be an integral part of who we are and what we stand for and

so encourage you to embrace and live the tenets of this Code!

meetings, listening to podcasts and other media updates.

• understands that the email is a major tool used in our day to

day communication but can become unproductive if not used

wisely, we therefore copy only the persons who absolutely need to

be aware.

when we say we are going to do it; we do not find excuses! Our word is our

bond.

wider GKFG.
