(Your dental office, might even have one for purchase. Note this service
is not covered by insurance). Kits are good for a year. If needed we can
resend the tooth preservation component, if it expires - at no cost. You

Extract the Tooth - The best way to get your tooth is to have it extracted
by your Dentist. Healthy baby teeth that have to be removed is the best
opportunity. Any healthy tooth that needs to be removed for braces or
at any point is another great time. Your last chance will be when Wisdom
teeth are pulled. You can also send baby teeth that naturally fall
out, as long as they bleed. They need to be sent - right away!

Package “the tooth” as outlined in the kit – All you need is in the kit. We
have an ice pack included, a tooth preservation jar, as well as a pre-paid
FedEx overnight shipping label and envelope.
Drop off to any FedEx location – Important: After you have had the tooth
extracted, make sure you have enough time to drop it off. We need to
have the tooth back in our laboratory within 24-48 hours.
