Training and Development
WI Training, the dedicated
learning and training platform
available to all WI members has
been running since early 2018. It’s
a crucial tool for accredited
training for WI Advisers and
NFWI Judges and useful for any
members on their WI committee
looking for additional support.
The provision of online and
offline training in the WI has
continued throughout the year
and we saw an increase in WIs
requesting Listen, Speak, Inspire
public speaking workshops and
Communication Skills workshops.
These short workshops have been
facilitated by the National
Training Team. All WI Adviser
Training sessions and WI Adviser
Forums have been fully booked
throughout the year and new
courses are currently being
programmed for 2020. WI
members looking to undertake
formal roles within their WI and
federation are always welcomed.
Roles include Independent
Financial Examiner (IFE), WI
Adviser, Digital Champion and
training to become a NFWI Judge.
All training opportunities will be
advertised on My WI.
