Q. How can you help us work from home?
A. Matrix247 are helping organisations by LENDING appropriate software and
applications for a minimum of THREE months to assist you. Each organisation we have
been helping, along with yourselves, may be completely different on what is needed. By
contacting us we can understand exactly what you need and get a solution up and
running for you asap. NO commitments or penalties are incurred if none of the software
applications are needed after the forced homeworking situation is over.
Q. But what if our organisation is in contract with another supplier?
A. Matrix247 have put together flexible and very short term agreements helping your organisation through
each quarter ahead. We can review with you the solution needed going forward as we move along, to ensure
you are not paying for services or are contracted with two suppliers at the same-time.
Q. What does your solution do to help?
A. There are lots of different solutions, depending on what is needed. A very common
need we have been addressing in the last month is providing organisations with
software that turns your staffs laptops or mobiles into an on-screen version of their
existing desk phone. Companies we have helped can mix-and-match on laptops or
mobiles or even link with their home telephones.
Q. Can staff use their personal mobiles?
A. Yes. They, and you, won’t incur any costs too if they have basic wi-fi set up at home.
Q. How fast from an 'ok' can we have a solution deployed and running?
A. As I’m sure you can imagine, Matrix247 have been inundated from the 800 existing companies we look
after to roll this out, so all hands on-deck. Obviously it depends on exactly what you wish to achieve, with the
guidance we can provide, and the current set up at both your current office and the remote-based workers
home. For a similar solution described above, we would rather be conservative and state ‘up to 5 working days’
from a formal instruction. Many solutions have been deployed even quicker. I can only suggest if you are
planning for remote working solutions to make that first call to us ASAP so we can put the facts on the table
for you with options for you to be considering.
Q. Can customers dial our main phone numbers without incurring divert fees?
A. ALWAYS! Matrix247 intelligent routing allows inbound calls to any number,
to be re-routed before it reaches your company building to any number you
wish. Customers know no different even though the call lands on a temporary
personal mobile or home phone etc. Even cleverer, we can ensure when staff
dial-out directly from home-phones or mobiles, it actually displays to the
person receiving the call your main company number or their company directdial
number. This way it’s seamless!

A. We are a privately owned communication firm trading from the heart of Lancashire for the past 29 years.
Our pro-active focus has been very much around the professional services sector, (we look after over 100 law
firms) and the medical sector, however half our clients are from all other sectors like engineering, manufacturing,
retail, hospitality etc. We have wholesale accounts with virtually all the telephone, mobile and broadband carriers
in the UK enabling us to bespoke agreements and be very creative in times like this, including the lending of lots
