CAN BE SO NEAR.«

For over 35 years now, I am dedicating myself with passion to the mediation of first

class properties in the southeast of the beautiful island Majorca. Whether hilly landscapes,

romantic harbours, an international marina, fine sandy beaches, secluded

bays, impressive cliffs, a golf course, genuine villages or the excellent connection

to the capital Palma and its airport – the rich diversity and the attractiveness of the

southeast remains unbroken. Furthermore, the jewel of Majorca benefits from being

easily accessible from all over Europe.

Already in the year 1982, I knew that I would stay here. I was impressed by the

Mediterranean way of life of the locals, the houses of natural stone which seemed

to hide a warm secret of cosiness, embedded in a breathtaking landscape. This was

the beginning of the business Lucie Hauri.

From the beginning until today I am enjoying the diversity of my profession. With

the inauguration of EAST26 in summer 2016, my vision to create a charismatic business

centre in the well-known and sought-after village of Santanyí became a reality.

Here, my head office connects with all kind of services concerning real estates –

interior design and furnishings, completed by an excellent restaurant.

In case you should pause in the morning in the picturesque little village of Alquería

Blanca to enjoy a coffee or some tapas on the market place, let us welcome you in

our little »pioneer« office. Here is where it all began. No matter what preferences or

Seit nunmehr über 35 Jahren ist es meine Leidenschaft, erstklassige Immobilien im

Südosten der paradiesischen Insel Mallorca zu vermitteln. Ob es hügelige Landschaften,

romantische Häfen, ein internationaler Yachthafen, feine Sandstrände,

einsame Buchten, Steilküsten, ein Golfplatz, authentische Dörfer oder eine sehr

gute Anbindung an Palma und den Flughafen sind: der Facettenreichtum und die

Attraktivität des Südostens sind weiterhin ungebrochen faszinierend. Zudem genießt

das Inseljuwel eine perfekte Erreichbarkeit innerhalb Europas.

Bereits 1982 wusste ich, dass ich hier bleiben würde. Mich beeindruckten der

mediterrane Lebensstil der Einheimischen, die Natursteinhäuser, die eine wohlige

Verheißung ausstrahlten und die vielseitige Landschaft. So entstand das Unternehmen

Lucie Hauri.

Nach wie vor genieße ich die Vielseitigkeit meines Berufes. Mit EAST26 wurde

im Sommer 2016 meine Vision, ein charmantes Geschäftshaus in dem bekannten

und gefragten Ort Santanyí zu gestalten, Wirklichkeit. Hier präsentiert sich mein

Hauptbüro mit allen Dienstleistungen rund um die Immobilie - Innenarchitektur

und Einrichtung, sowie ein exzellentes Restaurant.

Sollten Sie sich in dem malerischen kleinen Dorf Alquería Blanca aufhalten, um

Desde hace más de 35 años me dedico con pasión a la mediación de inmuebles de

primera clase en el sureste de esta paradisíaca isla. Ya se trate de paisajes montañosos,

puertos románticos, un puerto náutico internacional, playas de arena fina,

calitas escondidas, acantilados salvajes, un campo de golf, pueblos auténticos o

las muy buenas conexiones con la capital Palma y el aeropuerto – la diversidad y

la atractividad del sureste continúa siendo fascinante. Además, esta joya de isla

goza de una excelente accesibilidad desde toda Europa.

Ya en el año 1982, supe que este era el lugar en el que me quedaría. Me gustaba el

estilo de vida mediterráneo que llevaba la gente local, las casas de piedra natural

que dejaban entrever una cálida promesa, el paisaje tan harmónico y variado. Así

surgió la empresa Lucie Hauri.

Ahora como antes, estoy disfrutando mucho de la versatilidad de mi profesión.

Con EAST26, en verano del año 2016 mi visión de crear un carismático centro de

negocios en el conocido y codiciado pueblo de Santanyí se convirtió en una realidad.

Aquí, mi oficina principal se fusiona con todo tipo de servicios relacionados

con inmuebles - diseño interior y mobiliario, así como un excelente restaurante.

Si en alguna ocasión se encuentra en el pintoresco pueblecito de Alquería Blanca

para disfrutar de un café o unas tapas en la plaza del mercado, con mucho gusto

le damos la bienvenida por la mañana en nuestra pequeña oficina »pionera«. Independientemente

Good things take time. This has also been the

case with EAST26, because we had an objective,

a vision in mind. It should become a

multi-functional centre of encounter in the

southeast of Mallorca, in our beloved village of

Santanyí. Not just a real estate agency, a restaurant,

an interiors & decoration… No – precisely,

a multifunctional centre of encounter.

The preparations and the search for partners

for shops and restaurant, which could best be

integrated into the concept, lasted two years.

Finally, in 2016 it was done.

»We create your living« is the slogan that gets

to the point. Lucie Hauri gave the starting shot

with her real estate agency. Now, four years

later, we can say that we have merged into a

harmonious ensemble at EAST26. Here you

will find the KOYO furniture shop, which offers

great furnishing ideas from the designer

kitchen to the Bali garden chair. Also involved

is a branch of the Swiss IRIA DEGEN Interior

design and planning office, including the sale

of high-quality home accessories. And since

last season, the experienced Spanish-German

restaurateur Paco Martinez is serving delicious

Mediterranean and international dishes at the

excellent restaurant EAST26.

Santanyí is a grown village with a historic centre,

restaurants, numerous shops, galleries and

a wide range of cultural offers. Here, Lucie

Hauri and her partners John Peeters and Miguel

Bonet created a great retreat for all aspects

concerning real estate, for working and feeling

at ease, for creativity and exchange.

Gutes braucht Zeit. So war das auch mit EAST26,

denn wir hatten ein Ziel, eine Vision vor Augen. Es

sollte ein multifunktionelles Zentrum der Begegnung

im Südosten Mallorcas werden, in unserem

geliebten Städtchen Santanyí. Nicht einfach nur

ein Immobilienbüro, ein Restaurant, ein Innenausstatter…

Zwei Jahre lang liefen die Vorbereitungen, die

Suche nach Partnern für Läden und Restaurant,

welche sich am besten in das Konzept integrieren

ließen. Im Jahr 2016 war es dann endlich so weit.

Punkt bringt, worum es hier geht. Lucie Hauri hat

mit ihrem Immobilienbüro den Startschuss gegeben.

Nun, vier Jahre später, sind wir zu einem

harmonischen Ensemble zusammengewachsen.

KOYO, das in seinem Show-Room

tolle Wohnideen von der Designer-Küche bis zum

Gartenstuhl aus Bali präsentiert. Ebenfalls dabei

ist eine Dependance des Schweizer Einrichtungsund

Planungsbüros IRIA DEGEN, inklusive des

Verkaufs hochwertiger Wohn-Accessoires. Und

seit letzter Saison bietet der erfahrene, deutschspanische

Gastronom Paco Martinez im erstklassigen

EAST26 Restaurant gehobene mediterrane

und internationale Küche an.

Santanyí ist ein gewachsener Ort mit historischem

Zentrum, Restaurants, zahlreichen Geschäften,

Galerien und einem vielfältigen kulturellen Angebot.

Hier wurde von Lucie Hauri und ihren beiden

Geschäftspartnern John Peeters und Miguel

Bonet ein großartiges Refugium rund um das Thema

Las cosas buenas requieren tiempo. Este también

fue el caso de EAST26, pues teníamos un objetivo,

una visión en mente. Debía de convertirse

en un centro multifuncional de encuentro en el

sureste de Mallorca, en nuestro querido pueblo

de Santanyí. No solo una agencia inmobiliaria,

un restaurante, interior & diseño… No – precisamente,

se trataba de crear un centro multifuncional

de encuentro.

Los preparativos y la búsqueda de socios para

las tiendas y el restaurante, que podrían integrarse

en el concepto lo mejor posible, tardaron dos

años. Por fin, en el año 2016, lo logramos.

»Creamos espacios para vivir« es el lema que

lo lleva al punto: Lucie Hauri dio el primer paso

con su agencia inmobiliaria. Ahora, cuatro años

después, nos hemos convertido en un harmónico

conjunto: Por un lado está la tienda de muebles &

decoración KOYO, que presenta un sinfín de

ideas creativas para el hogar, desde la cocina de

diseño a la silla de jardín balinesa. Así mismo, está

la sucursal de la oficina de diseño & planificación

de interiores de IRIA DEGEN (Suiza) que incluye la

venta de accesorios y decoración de alta calidad.

Por último, en el excelente restaurante EAST26

se sirven, desde la última temporada, deliciosos

platos mediterráneos e internacionales, bajo la

mano del experimentado gastrónomo hispanoalemán

Paco Martínez.

Santanyí es un pueblo crecido con un centro histórico,

y una amplia gama de ofertas culturales. Aquí,

point of view, Santanyí offers a good variety of exhibitions and

concerts. Twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, colourful

market stands decorate the central streets of the town. Furthermore,

nearby you will find wonderful bays like Cala Santanyí or the

beaches of Cala Mondragó and Cala Llombards.

Santanyí ist ein gewachsener Ort mit historischem Zentrum und einem
