rooms with low temperatures (from -40°C to +5°C) on reguest

Improved illumination of fluorescent lights to make the diffusion of 

luminous intensity with the wave form and transparency prismatic 

of surface on the diffuser possible. 

The lamp holder with spring type makes the absorption of

Reefer Container Sockets 

Materials for units the surface 

The design advantage is in the use of durable corrosion resistant materials in all products. 

These materials have been proven to withstand harsh marine and other climatic conditions. 

The case of reefer container sockets and lever of switch operation made of stainless steel. The cockets made of 

polycarbonate with uv or cast brass, and cap for socket made of polycarbonate with uv. 

There are two types of reefer container sockets. 

The type of sockets become different in accordance to a method of locking device for operating lever. 

Mechanical protection for up/down lever type 

The plug cannot be withdrown unless the switch or circuit 

breaker is opened, and the switch or circuti breaker cannot be 

closed unless the plug is fully inserted. 

Electrical protection for Push/Full type 

The locking device interlock systems reduce the danger of electrical 

shock to operators, preventing circuit activation until the plug is fully 

inserted and the on/off lever is pushed in. (socket remains deenergized 

until a reefer plug is properly mated and the operating 

lever is engaged) 

Conversely, if the plug is withdrawn while under load, the circuit 

breaker is automatically tripped.(socket is de-energized manually 

with operating lever or automatically, if the plug is withdrawn)

MGF Packing System 

The MGF Packing System is the excellent fireproof, low smoke water and gastight method of 

passing cables from one compartment to another, It is simple, expedient and economicalgiving 

much more protection than conventional stuffing tubes while drastically reducing time 

and installation cost.

LB type insert blocks consists of twin half blocks made out of an

RGP Type Frame 

RGP is a round penetration to effectively seal cables and pipes 

passing through circular apertures. 

There are four standard sizes that is formed by tightening the 

compression bolts to be able to expand the seal radially. 

RGPO is the open version of RGP 

EMP/EMI Type Components 

The EMP/EMI MGF Packing series frames and components 

provide the same protection as the standard MGF Packing System 

but with added, built - in protection against electromagentic 

pulse(due to lightning or nuclear blast) and interference, electronic 

sabotage(synthetic EMP) and static electricity. 

The secret is a tempered metal sheet which systematically stops 

electricla current from passing along the cable screening through 

the seal and successfully functions as an extended wall screen. 

All dimensions are exacttly the same as the standard MGF 

Packing System components.

RGS Type Frame 

RGS is standard frame of MGF Packing System. 

It has standard dimensions of internal width 120mm and depth 

60mm. 

There are four sizes of RGS 2, RGS 4, RGS 6, and RGS 8 according 

to their height. 

Multiple frames consist of two or more frames arranged either 

horizontally, vertically or a combination of both. 

RGS frame is made of mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium alloy. 

RGSF frame = RGS frame + Flange. 

RGSS frame = RGS frame + Welded collar. 

RGSR frame = RGS frame + Round corners. 

IB Type Components 

IB type insert blocks are available for diameters from 4.0mm to 100.0mm

A device designed to permit to the entry of an insulated cable, 

flexible cable, or core, into an equipment, and which provides 

sealing and retention. 

It may also provide other features such as earthing, armour

etc., or a combination of these. 

IP: the sealing between the cable gland and its support, when fixed 

either directly or the intermediary of an accessory(reducer, etc) can

This system is searchlight which have a watch function at night time of combined use for day and night by imaging 

a long distance of target as real time on dark night that normal visible camera can’t catch with assembling high 

sensitive CCD camera and light source for night watch with a long distance transmission searchlight. 

As most of usual night vision system can catch a haet which is emitted from target object, The image can be 

catched only type like size. However, our system project near infrared from searchlight and can catch ship mark, 

ship name, details of seaman and objection. 

As camera is replacement of near infrared, it can make the best functions by high-function 33M of lens. 

As remote control type installed infrared filter(800 on searchlight, Light source can use by controlling infrared 

and visible rays and it can be used for narmal seach light too. 

Searchlight and camera are operated in one body, it can control smoothly and simply joystick controller with watching monitor. 

Lamp capacity of searchlight can be chose according to distance of target objection(300W~6,000W). 

Night vision system can have stable image with stabilizer sensor.
