TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to the St. Julian’s locality only.
Minimum order is €25.
For orders less than €25 or to all other localities, your order can still
be picked up from Hilton Malta main entrance.
DELIVERY GUIDELINES
For delivery area, you will receive a telephone call when food
is in transit giving an approximate delivery time.
Driver will leave the order outside the door (in case of an
apartment block, this will be the main door of the block).
You will receive a second call when you order is outside your main
door.
At no time will there be any physical contact between client and
our driver. The 2 metre distance will be respected at all times.
Driver will ensure delivery is picked up before leaving the address.
Copy of order, billing receipt and credit card slip will be attached to
the bag.
FOOD PICK UP GUIDELINES
Client will receive an approximate pick-up time at order stage.
Food pick-up will be processed at main hotel entrance.
No access to the hotel is permissable.
Our team will fully respect the 2 metre distancing and no
direct physical contact will occur at any point.
Only 1 client permitted to pick up the order from Main
Entrance.
