NEW GODRUMA DHAMA JIVAMRTA PLANT PROJECT
To set up a Jivamrta Plant which will recycle cow dung and urine of 25 cows and calves at the North
East Zone of the Farm.
Dung collection per day: 60KG
Urine Collection per day: 10 Litre
To prepare 1000 Litres of Jivamrta the ingredients will be:
1. Cow Dung: 50 - 100KG
2. Cow Urine: 10 - 20 Litres
3. Jaggery: 2KG
4. Flour: 1KG
5. Earth: 1 palm full
6. Fruit: Jackfruit
1000 Litre can fertilise 20 Trees a month. Therefore this proposed plant can approximately fertilise
600 Tree a month as per following calculation.
1000 LItres /day divided by 50 Litres/ Tree = 20 Trees/day
Therefore for 30days: 30days X 30 Trees/day = 600 trees
What is needed for the construction of the Plant?

1. Poly Tanks: 2500 Litres X 2 Units
2. IBG Tanks: 1000 Litres X 3 Units
3. Mixing Tank at Cow Barn:100 Litre tank
4. 6000 Litre Distribution tanke: 1 unit
5. Labour manhours: 3 Manpower for 1 week.
