MISSION
The mission of City Trellis is to provide
urban communities with sustainable,
beautiful, and environmentally-friendly
parks and gardens. Using ethically-sourced
materials and renewable energy, we will
invigorate local communities with safe,
communal park environments that promote
active participation in maintaining them
to build camaraderie and encourage
teamwork and cooperation.

LOCALLY-SOURCED
ORGANIC MATERIALS
City Trellis is dedicated to supplying our
parks and gardens with natural materials.
In building healthy communities and
environments, it only makes sense that we
use materials that aren’t packed to the brim
with chemicals! We never use synthetic
fertilizers or dangerous pesticides because
we truly care about our environmental
impact in our communities. We want you
to know that everything growing in our
gardens is flourishing, without being
pounded by harsh chemical treatments.
We also help to grow our vibrant
communities by sourcing our materials
from local suppliers, ones that minimally
use overseas manufacturing so we can
reduce our carbon footprint within
our own company.
Commissioning local craftsmen for
a select few of our custom trellises and
benches is another way we support local
artisans in our mission to help communities
grow to be even more closely intertwined.

TEAMWORK HELPS
US ALL GROW
The camaraderie and teamwork at City
Trellis are absolutely our biggest assets in
what we do here. The collaborative nature
of our garden-building undertaking means
that our coordination needs to be nearly
impeccable to ensure our projects can
be built up quickly, efficiently, safely,
and enthusiastically.
Between the custom construction
of our garden beds, benches, and signature
trellises, and the heavy lugging around
of rich, organic soil, having enough people
around who really trust each other is vital
in making sure no one is ever overexerting
themselves while still doing very labor-
we can do it all and we do it all together.
Our in-depth scheduling system ensures
that everyone is working equally with every
other member of the team while on the job.
At City Trellis, we are as much a living
community as the ones we help create
through our work.
Besides the teamwork that’s the backbone
of our company, we also offer multiple
teambuilding excursions throughout the
year. Not only do we love to foster team
collaboration, but we also believe that
bonding through our programs and forming
genuine friendships only strengthens
what we do here.

LET YOUR MENTAL
HEALTH THRIVE HERE
If your mental health can’t flourish,
how can anything else? We believe that
well-maintained mental health is the base
of success. Keeping a healthy mindset even
through struggles and strife, and taking
advantage of helpful resources makes for
a self-aware, intuitive team member.
At City Trellis, we offer unlimited paid sick
days and are extremely empathetic
to our team members taking necessary
mental health days. If you say you need it,
we believe you. We want you well-rested
and able to enthusastically contribute, as we
hope you would want for youself as well.

We also offer mental health counseling onsite
so you always have someone to turn
to. On top of our teambuilding exercises,
we also host group meditation sessions
every other week so as a unit, we can
all help take care of ourselves and by
extension, each other.
Good mental health is like the dark,
organic, nutritious soil that allows a new
plant to thrive. Planting roots in good
foundations is what allows the stem and
leaves to thrive. We want you to feel that
you have good roots and resources here
at City Trellis, your own zen garden.

OUR FRESH
NEW GYM & CAFE
Nourish your body in satisfying and healthy
ways. Our new state-of-the-art facility has
a brand new gym and café that will absolutely
help your body thrive.
Just like our all-natural, organic garden
materials, the delicious and tasty food in
at our base facility is fabulously good for
you. We specialize in vegetarian and vegan
options, since clearly we love plants, but
we also support lean meat options as well.
Protein-packed quinoa and healthy fat
avocados, fresh vegetables harvested from
sustainable gardens across the city and
lusciously fresh fruits from local farmer’s
markets, on a rotating menu for a huge
variety of delicious meals, it’s all that really,
good stuff that keeps your body running.
Speaking of running, our top-of-the-line
fitness arena in our facility will keep you
running smoothly on a more literal level!
With all of the intense physical activity
required at City Trellis, we want to make
sure you have the resources to be able to do
whatever training you want to so you’ll be
totally ready to take on whatever physical
challenge comes up in the building process!
Build your endurance and strength
in your down time in this space; your use
of it is completely free and included in your
employment package with us!
We also offer yoga, pilates, and tai chi,
to build that inner balance that’s so integral
both physically and mentally. Let your body
thrive here as much as our gardens do.

CULTIVATING SOCIAL
MEDIA PRESENCE
To build and grow a community,
we need to build connections with the
people who are here around us. We are
launching a brand new social media
campaign to get people in our communities
involved in our mission! While we at City
Trellis actually build and landscape the
gardens initially, a huge part of maintaining
them is up to the community around them:
keeping them empty of litter and mess
and volunteering to help with weeding and
harvests. Our new initiative aims to spread
the word about City Trellis by showcasing
our gorgeous spaces, and encouraging
people to participate and love being there
enough to help out when we need it.

SOLAR POWER
IS OUR FUTURE
As our plants look to the sun, we are doing
so as well. Every year, more and more
companies are turning towards solar energy
to power their industry and we are surely no
exception. On our facility, the entire roof is
covered in solar panels to fuel our building.
We are also incorporating solar panels into
our park landscaping design, so solar energy
can be used to power local businesses near
the park areas. This is everyone’s future.
