WEDDING FAQs
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! In fact, I love experiencing new places!
Travel fees apply to distances traveled outside 90 miles of Greenwood, SC.
This typically includes gas and if necessary, lodging.
*For driving distances over 350 miles, flights are required.
WHY SHOULD I ADD A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
I recommend adding a second photographer if your wedding party exceeds 12 people or your
wedding guest list exceeds 250 attendants.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive your images within six weeks after your wedding day.
Professionally edited images will be delivered via password-protected online gallery,
where you will have unlimited download access for up to three months.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
As a general rule, you will receive at least 50 photos for each hour of shooting.
(i.e., 8 hours of coverage = at least 400 photos)
HOW CAN I ORDER PRINTS?
I partner with White House Custom Color, a professional photo lab
that delivers high-quality prints, canvases and albums at an affordable price.
While you are not required to use my lab (you receive all digital images),
I highly recommend it for proven quality and consistency!
ARE THE FINAL IMAGES PROFESSIONALLY EDITED?
I professionally edit and minimally retouch each final image tobest reflect you and your
personality. You will receive a combination of photos in both color and black & white
treatments.
DO YOU OFFER A FRIDAY OR SUNDAY RATE?
My Friday & Sunday rate is $350/hour.
DAY-OF TIMELINE
Your wedding day will be one of the most special experiences of your life. In order
to organize the day and keep you relaxed, I provide a recommended timeline
based on your choice of a “First Look” or “Traditional” bride & groom meeting.
This timeline ensures that I have plenty of time to get the images you have always
imagined while initiating a steady and manageable flow for the day.
WHAT IS A “FIRST LOOK”?
A “First Look” is a private, intimate moment that allows the bride & groom space
to connect and prepare for their vows, as well as eases the tension of the day.
WE DON’T WANT TO SEE EACH OTHER BEFORE THE CEREMONY!
That’s great, too! The “Traditional” approach involves keeping the bride and
groom separate until the wedding ceremony, where the groom will see his bride
for the first time as she walks down the aisle.
Whichever you choose, I guarantee a thorough, stress-free and enjoyable
photography experience for your wedding day!
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I ALLOT FOR PHOTOS?
I work with your wedding planner to ensure a smooth timeline for your day – this
includes portraiture. Here are estimated timeframes for potraits:
BRIDE & GROOM ONLY
30-45 MINUTES
FULL WEDDING PARTY
30-45 MINUTES
IMMEDIATE FAMILY
30 MINUTES

Any elements or props that represent your relationship or capture your personalities.
If you want to be photographed while you participate in a shared favorite activity,
that’s awesome, too!
HOW TO LOOK:
Dress in a style and colors that makes you feel most attractive.

done by a professional.
Gentlemen: Get a haircut. Dress to compliment your lady.
WHEN TO SCHEDULE:
Plan for your engagement session to happen at least six weeks before you need the
images or send out save the dates! I will help you coordinate a time that works with
your schedule and provides the best natural light (usually within 2 hours after
sunrise/before sunset).
WHERE TO CHANGE:
Depending on the location, the easiest place to change clothes is in your car. However,
some locations have restrooms nearby, so plan accordingly.

You’ve always dreamed of looking flawless in that perfect dress. I think classic &
timeless bridal portraits ensure you never forget that feeling.
The Bridal Portrait Session captures that perfection – without the hustle and bustle
