What did you do

during the pandemic?

PEM, from page 1

to raise money for Covid-19 relief.

There is a box to write in other

things you have done. Or to

say that you have done none of

these things while waiting for the

Covid-19 vaccine.

The survey also asks if you have

been creative in some way, other

than as part of school or work. It

wants to know if you have painted

or sculpted, cooked a new recipe,

took photographs, danced, wrote

creatively, made a film or quilted.

It wanted to know how you are

feeling: disconnected with other

people. Are you angry, sad, bored,

lonely, confused? You can rate your

feelings on a scale of one to five.

Among several more questions,

it also asked what you want to do

first when allowed to rejoin society.

Would you go to an arts museum

first, a concert, church or

temple or out to eat with friends?

It asks what would help you

to return to museums, concerts,

sports events and the like. Would

it be the development of a virus

vaccine or would you go again out

into the world if there were health

screenings, people wearing masks

or intensive cleaning?

The results of the survey, after

being analyzed, will be published

in June through Culture Track,

which is a website that is free

and open. Culture Track, which

describes itself as a cultural innovation

engine, is dedicated to

addressing the most pressing challenges

facing the worlds of culture

and creativity through research,

education, dialogue, and action.

If you take the survey, you will

be entered in a drawing to win one

of 25 $100 Visa gift cards.
