This photo is of Amer fort also known as Amber fort located in Amer, Rajasthan, India.
Amer is a town situated 11 km away from Jaipur. The fort was built by Mairs and later
captured and ruled by Raja Man Singh I. it is one of the fort present on high hill and is the
main attraction of tourist in Jaipur. It is constructed of red stones.
Hawa mahal is reffered as the ‘Palace of winds’. It is located in Jaipur, India. It is constructed
with the help of red and pink stones in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh; the son of the
founder of Jaipur named Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, this place sits on the edge of the city,
Jaipur. After the gap of 50 years, renovation work on the mehal took place in 2006 to give a
new look to the monument the estimated cost was of Rs 4.568 million. The corporate sector
lent a hand to preserve the historical monuments of Jaipur and the Unit Trust of India has
adopted Hawa Mahal to maintain it.
