On behalf of our team at Tender Mercy and my partners at The Idea Collective,
thank you for your sustained support of, passion for and pursuit of elevated
experiences and intentional service. Your commitment to this shared journey has
directly contributed to the foundational health of our business. Especially during
this time of uncertainty, that commitment deserves special recognition.
As we navigate our “new normal,” we hope to build upon the foundation you’ve
helped us create, with you and for you. Our new partnership in health has
inspired the formation of our exclusive and curated membership club, Originals of
Tender Mercy (The OTM), and this is your invitation.
We’ll be waiting for you with our masks on, properly distanced, and in good health
in both body and spirit every Thursday through Saturday from 5pm-12am. In
addition to new hours of operation, a menu of crafted experiences and group
packages is also available exclusively to OTM members and guests.

with your full name and email address. Reservations are required with 24-hours
notice for confirmation. Walk-ins will not be admitted for the time being.

Hosted by Beverage Director Branden Fugate, our OTM Cocktail Classes feature two
hours of education, training, hands-on crafting and imbibing. Structured for groups of
8 members/guests, this experience includes the production of 3 unique cocktails per
person with the ability to bottle and take home for future enjoyment.

and your best people. Also Sabrina has the coolest mask in all the lands, it has
fancy tassels. She is the voice behind the OTM BatPhone, so don’t piss her off.

If you’re looking for a unique experience for groups of 10 or less, we
are here to get creative with you. Dinner for 8? We have chef friends.
Intimate Listening Sessions featuring local musicians? We know them,
too. Partial and full venue rentals are also available, with certain
restrictions considered and policies required.

// Reservations and Experiences available for groups of 4-10 members and guests, exclusively
via the “OTM BatPhone Line”. Reservations are required with 24-hours notice for confirmation.
Walk-ins will not be admitted for the time being.
// Maximum Occupancy of 50 guests at any given time (30%)
// Incomplete parties will not be allowed entry; please arrive and enter together. All parties
will be seated 10 feet apart, at minimum, and must limit movement within the space to
restrooms and common travel paths.
// Temperatures of each guest will be checked prior to entry. Guests showing any signs of
compromised health will politely be refused access. Masks are encouraged, and are available
for purchase at entry.
// All guests must enter and depart from Mercy Mart, located at the rear of the Avant Garde
Building with access from the parking lot. Our Third St subway entrance will remain closed
during this temporary public shutdown.
// Public areas, restrooms, and all surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected after each use and
on a strict, regular schedule.
// Respect the health and space of all staff and other members and guests, at all times.
// Social media posts or other public representation of your experience at Tender Mercy is
respectfully discouraged until normalized operations return.
