02. MAINTAINING A SAFE DEMONSTRATION PROCESS
Safely demonstrate vehicles
following this step by step process.

Confirm a demonstration
time or vehicle run-through
at your customer’s home.
Before the customer
collects the vehicle or before
leaving the dealership,
fully sanitise the vehicle
to be demonstrated using
Diamondbrite ® Sanitising
products.

When delivering the vehicle
the driver/salesperson
should wear protective
gloves and a face mask.

When arriving at the
customers address,
ensure all interior and
exterior touchpoints have
been correctly sanitised

Provide your customer a
hand sanitiser pack so they
can also keep the vehicle
hygienically clean and
ensure you always follow
government guidance to stay
2 metres away at all times,
including when explaining
the controls.
If required ensure
demonstration
documentation is contained
in a clear sealed plastic bag,
which has been sanitised for
the customer.
Before returning the vehicle
to your depot or dealership
clean all interior and
exterior touch points using
Diamondbrite ® Surface
Sanitiser.

03.
SAFE HANDOVER
PROCESS
DELIVERING A HYGIENIC HANDOVER PROCESS
Deliver a reassuring and hygienic handover process
by following these steps:
STEP 1
Use ultravision ® by Diamondbrite ® to
send a video of their customers vehicle,
along with a personalised message
confirming when their vehicle is due to
be delivered for handover.
STEP 2
Before the customer collects the
vehicle or before leaving the
dealership to deliver it, fully sanitise
the vehicle for handover.

STEP 3
Create a vehicle handover video using
ultravison ® by Diamondbrite ® showing
how to use the controls etc. and send
to your customer.
STEP 4
When delivering the vehicle for
handover, the driver/salesperson
should wear protective gloves and a
face mask at all times.
STEP 5
When arriving at the customers
address, ensure all interior and exterior
touchpoints have been correctly
sanitised using Diamondbrite ® Surface
Sanitiser. Don’t forget to always have
Diamondbrite ® Hand Sanitiser and
Surface Sanitiser to hand in case it’s
needed.
STEP 6
Before commencing the vehicle hand
over. Provide your customer with a
Diamondbrite ® sanitiser pack so they
can also keep the vehicle hygienically
clean. Ensure you always follow
government guidance to stay 2 metres
away at all times.
STEP 7
Commence the verbal handover of the
vehicle with support of the previously
sent ultravision ® handover video.
STEP 8
On completion, provide the handover
documentation and keys contained in
a sanitised, sealed plastic bag.
STEP 9
A few days later, use ultravision ®
by Diamondbrite ® to follow-up with
a personalised courtesy video or
to clarify users operations or
vehicle functions.
DELIVERING A SAFE HANDOVER PROCESS
FOR PART EXCHANGE SALES
Safely collect and accept part exchange
vehicles following these simple steps:
STEP 1
Using ultravision ® by Diamondbrite ® send the customer a
personalised video explaining the part exchange handover process
and everything they will need to supply.
STEP 2
Your customer should leave all documentation and keys inside the
vehicle to be part exchanged.
STEP 3
When taking receipt of the vehicle, sanitise all interior and exterior
touchpoints using Diamondbrite ® Surface Sanitiser. Then undertake
the vehicle inspection
STEP 4
Confirm the part exchange with verbal agreement. Sanitise all
documentation and keys using Diamondbrite ® Surface Sanitiser and
place in a clear plastic bag.
STEP 5
On returning the vehicle to the dealership, fully sanitise the vehicle
using Diamondbrite ® Total Release interior and air conditioning

CONTACTLESS AFTERSALES CUSTOMER PROCESS
Follow these steps to deliver an efficient contactless aftersales service:

AND MATERIALS
STEP 1
Upon booking confirmation use ultravision ®
by Diamondbrite ® to send a personalised
video to the customer explaining what to
expect on arrival of at the dealership.
STEP 2
When the customer arrives at the dealership
within their allocated time slot, they will find
service reception areas are clearly marked
showing the 2m social distancing markers
set out by government guidance.
STEP 3
At the last 2m marker clearly identify
where vehicle keys should be deposited.
STEP 4
Collect the keys using protective gloves
and sanitise them using Diamondbrite ®
Surface Sanitiser.
STEP 5
Place protective covers on seating, then fully
sanitise all interior and exterior touchpoints
using Diamondbrite ® Surface Sanitiser.
STEP 6
Commence the service, recording any
additional work that will need to be carried
out using ultravision ® by Diamondbrite ® and
send to the customer.
STEP 7
Your customer will be able to use
ultravision ® by Diamondbrite ® to review
the recommended work and authorise
for it to be completed online or request
a call back.
STEP 8
On completion of the service, fully sanitise
the vehicle using Diamondbrite ® vehicle
interior and air conditioning sanitising
products and hang a ‘this car has been
sanitised’ hanger from the rear view mirror.

STEP 9
Once all work has been carried out and
the vehicle is ready for collection, send a
personalised video using ultravision ® by
Diamondbrite ® showing the completed
work, the Sanitising that has been done
and where the vehicle can be found in
the car park.
STEP 10
On arrival, meet your customer
maintaining the safe distancing
measure of 2m and inform
them where they can find their
keys and documentation.
Provide your customer
with a complimentary
Diamondbrite ® sanitiser
pack to help
re-assure them.

is a blend of alkalis, detergents and
sanitisers, which are very effective on

Diamondbrite ® Vehicle and Aircon Sanitiser
Total Release is a strong bactericidal and
viricidal alcohol based formula that works
against many different bacteria and viruses.
Diamondbrite ® Vehicle and Aircon Sanitiser
Total Release is fully tested to BS EN 1276,
BS EN 1650 and BS EN 14476 for biocidal
and virucidal efficacy.
After 20 minutes of it being released the car
interior will have a fresh lemon smell and have
an anti bacterial coating on every surface that
evaporates during the 20 minutes leaving no

Sanitising a customer’s vehicle is an important process
to ensure a safe environment for everyone, and also help
your customers feel comfortable that their vehicle is
hygienically clean.
STEP 1
If soap and water are not available remember to use Diamondbrite ®
Hand Sanitiser on your hands before and after sanitising the vehicle.

STEP 2
Follow the comprehensive vehicle sanitising process on the next pages
using Diamondbrite ® Surface Sanitiser - a blend of alkalis, detergents
and sanitisers, killing all bacteria and virus’s and effective on grease
and ingrained soiling.
Please note that if the vehicle has leather upholstery wipe with the
Surface Sanitiser but check a small area first to ensure it has no
adverse effect as the quality of leather can vary.
STEP 3
Use Diamondbrite ® Total Release Vehicle Interior and Air Con
Sanitiser to sanitise all non-accessible areas like inside vents and
filters, by activating the aerosol, closing all windows and running the
air conditioning system on recirculate for 10 mins and then allowing
to ventilate for 20 mins. Full details can be found on the products.
STEP 4
Don’t forget to use a Diamondbrite ® rear view mirror hanger to
show that their car has been fully sanitised.
