Follow these steps to deliver an efficient contactless aftersales service:<br />

STEP 1<br />
Upon booking confirmation use ultravision ®<br />
by <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® to send a personalised<br />
video to the customer explaining what to<br />
expect on arrival of at the dealership.<br />
STEP 2<br />
When the customer arrives at the dealership<br />
within their allocated time slot, they will find<br />
service reception areas are clearly marked<br />
showing the 2m social distancing markers<br />
set out by government guidance.<br />
STEP 3<br />
At the last 2m marker clearly identify<br />
where vehicle keys should be deposited.<br />
STEP 4<br />
Collect the keys using protective gloves<br />
and sanitise them using <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ®<br />
Surface Sanitiser.<br />
STEP 5<br />
Place protective covers on seating, then fully<br />
sanitise all interior and exterior touchpoints<br />
using <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® Surface Sanitiser.<br />
STEP 6<br />
Commence the service, recording any<br />
additional work that will need to be carried<br />
out using ultravision ® by <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® and<br />
send to the customer.<br />
STEP 7<br />
Your customer will be able to use<br />
ultravision ® by <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® to review<br />
the recommended work and authorise<br />
for it to be completed online or request<br />
a call back.<br />
STEP 8<br />
On completion of the service, fully sanitise<br />
the vehicle using <strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® vehicle<br />
interior and air conditioning sanitising<br />
products and hang a ‘this car has been<br />
sanitised’ hanger from the rear view mirror.<br />

STEP 9<br />
Once all work has been carried out and<br />
the vehicle is ready for collection, send a<br />
personalised video using ultravision ® by<br />
<strong>Diamondbrite</strong> ® showing the completed<br />
work, the Sanitising that has been done<br />
and where the vehicle can be found in<br />
the car park.<br />
STEP 10<br />
On arrival, meet your customer<br />
maintaining the safe distancing<br />
measure of 2m and inform<br />
them where they can find their<br />
keys and documentation.<br />
Provide your customer<br />
with a complimentary<br />

pack to help<br />
re-assure them.<br />
