Rooftop Public Space
Taman Atas Bumbung
The rooftop level public space is going to
have two key social functions and they are:
(1) communal gardening and (2) social space
+ viewing deck.
Having democratised the access to such a
prime space within a residential project
further solidifies the concept of bringing
people together through quality public
spaces. Having an open plan also creates
opportunities for emergence of placemaking
activities.
Upper-Level Public Space
Taman Langit
The upper-level public space happens at
level 10. This space is dedicated to fulful
the programmatic requirements of the masterplan
at the given site.
In this project’s case, the upper-level
public space will be home to physiotherapy
and exercise stations. These amenities will
both serve the needs of the residents, as
well as the other citizens of the city. As
such, this is how the public realm is enhanced
in the project.
