Featured throughout this catalog is a brand new line of product we’ve entitled 

the University Collection. Compiled with a variety of wall décor and gifts, each 

piece within this collection is branded with schools and universities from across 

the country. Whether you’re cheering on your favorite teams during Fall Football 

Season or Spring March Madness, our broad assortment of product features 

an array of sentiments and sayings reinforcing your passion and desire for a 

winning season! 

We’ve designed this collection so even when you are unable to make it to the 

game, you can show support for your favorite schools and teams while rooting 

them on alongside family and friends from the comfort of your own home. 

We envision these new items filling the walls of living rooms, lounges, and fan 

caves across the country. We’ve applied our 40+ years of industry knowledge 

and décor experience to produce American-made products that are both highquality 

and built to last, and crafted from a variety of materials. 

While flipping through this catalog, you’ll notice it features our initial assortment 

of schools and universities. This collection of officially licensed collegiate décor 

will expand over the next several months as we continue to develop for additional 

schools. If you do not see your favorite team listed in our catalog, please be

1 – BY PIECE TYPE 

To shop by piece type, simply flip through the catalog or use 

the table of contents to discover the pieces and designs that 

you would like to purchase.

Scan the barcode of the item and choose your school from a 

dropdown selection tool. 

IF USING PGRAHAMDUNN.COM 

Utilize the search field to key in the SKU noted for the design 

you’re interested in, then scroll through the options to select 

your school. 

2 – BY UNIVERSITY 

To shop by school, turn to page 34 for the breakdown. 

IF USING EMUN 

Simply scan the barcode of the team for which you wish to 

purchase items. Once scanned, all options for that school will 

appear for final selection of pieces.

Utilize the website navigation pane and select University 

Collection for a detailed list. Once selected, all product 

options for that specific school will appear for purchase.

MINIMUM ORDER 

$250 for Opening Orders, $100 for Reorders. 

PAYMENT TERMS 

All accounts are initially set up with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, 

and Discover are accepted. 

SHIPPING 

FOB Dalton, Ohio 44618. We ship via FEDEX unless otherwise specified. 

Shipments via UPS will only be made with a customer’s collect number. 

Freight to AK, HI, PR, and GU will be shipped via the most economical 

route, unless otherwise specified. 

3RD PARTY WEB SALES 

P. Graham Dunn restricts the sale of our product on 3rd party websites 

unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. As such, the sale of P. Graham 

Dunn product is prohibited on, but not limited to, the following websites: 

Amazon, eBay, Jet, Walmart, etc. Violating parties will be notified in writing, 

and additional action will be taken should violations persist, including, but 

not limited to, account termination and/or penalty fees. 

RETURN POLICY 

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Customer 

must call for Return Authorization and pay return freight. Returned 

merchandise must be in its original package and in a saleable condition. 

SHIPPING CLAIMS 

Damages must be reported to P. Graham Dunn within 30 days of receipt. 

Claims after 30 days will be taken at the discretion of Customer Service. 

A replacement or credit will be issued pending approval from Customer 

Service. P. Graham Dunn is responsible for initiating any carrier damage 

claims. 

IMPORTANT: Retain the damaged items and the interior and exterior 

packing cartons. FedEx and UPS will automatically cancel the claim 

if original packaging is not available for the inspector to examine. 

Availability and pricing on all items are subject to change. Products 

are subject to modification and/or discontinuation at any time without 

notice. 

UNIVERSITY COLLECTION 

All University Collection orders are final. Once placed, these orders 

cannot be canceled. Due to the on-demand production of the University 

Collection product, these items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. 

University Collection orders are best placed via a OneCoast Territory 

Manager or online, as customers can view all available universities and 

piece types.
