Jack and Joe the Super Bros
This is my Tv series bible. As a class, were asked to design our own Tv show to possibly pitch to potential clients in the future (if I'm brave enough!) It's a story about two brothers, Jack and Joe, who are total opposites to each other in their appearance and interests (they are not your average 16 year olds). The boys were adopted at 3 months by a powerful, wealthy man named Francis Walters. Francis runs the city; which has turned into absolute chaos with villains roaming the streets and no law system in place. Francis only got the kids to make his reputation better (he's not a good man by any means). One day, Francis goes out on his nightly patrol and the teens go snooping around his office, only to discover he has a secret villain lair hidden behind the fireplace! They investigate further into their father's true identity. Instead of being horrified, Jack and Joe seek help for their trusty butler Alfred, to train them up into real superheroes, to save the city from the evil dictator they call dad and whom they share dinner with every evening ... awkward. There's more to find out. Hope you like it!

Short stories consisting of many exciting and challenging adventures Joe and Jack have to face! in
order to become the true heroes they so desperately want to be . I hope the show puts across a
message that anyone can do anything when they put their mind to it and no matter any age,
cartoons can be funny.
Why is this show different to others?
The characters are bothers and super heroes, who fight crime together while their Dad is out.
Their Dad is the boss of all the villains that Jack & Joe face. Neither party knows that they are
against one and other, so they just act normal during their day to day life. The brothers don't just
have villains to deal with. They have their own battle with each other. They have to share a room
and are always in each others space. Which battle is more important?

Jack and Joe discover their father’s lair one night and find his old super suits. They try them on but
get caught. Alfred however, teaches them how to use the suits and basic hero training. Still unaware
that their father was a villain, Jack and Joe’s goal is to become superheroes! because super-heroes
are considered a myth. Once the boys are ready after weeks of training, they gain their superhero
names which are... Intellecto and Jattack. (These may change in future) The show will then go onto
episodes of the boys battling villains run by their father. Neither party knowing that they are against
one and other. Apart from the Alfred who is the bystander. They will be faced with challenges
throughout the series. But also developing as superheroes and discovering who they are. As time
goes on, they become very professional.
Tv Series Logo
This is the logo I will use throughout
the series. The design will also be used
as another variety for merchandise.
The bold colours and explosion symbol
will be eye catching for viewers,
especially younger ones.
I took a lot of inspiration from
comic book Pop Art references
This design will also show up at the end of
the Tv shows 30 second title sequence.
Silouette
I wanted to emphisise the variety of different
shapes, sizes, features used on the characters
by creating their silouettes.. The silouettes may
also be used in the title sequence or on
posters/ merch etc.

Jack & Joe's bedroom
Jack and Joe share a bedroom. They couldn't agree on a colour

always kept neat and tidy. However, Jack's side is the opposite. This
shows their vast difference in personality.
Cityscape
Due to Jack and Joe's father being extremley wealthy. The brothers,

The lair
This is the design for the lair. I made sure to incluse all
villainous essentials such as a the bad-mobile, control
panels and a meeting area. This is where the dad meets
with the 'reckless rejects to cause havock.
the office
This is the design for the office. This is where the dad does his normal
day to day business. Also the room where Jack and Joe discover the
dad's secret identity by accident one day. I kept with the purple theme
because I thought this suited the design. The fire place turns into a
doorway with the flick of a button and that is the entrance to the lair.
