potential for creation of a dangerous situation, absolutely without any fear of being blamed!”
Effective HSE management is critical foundation for sustainable management and development of our business.
Following our main principles for completion of all day-to-day activities safe and secure, BCC Group is committed
to pro-actively managing Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and acting in an ethical and socially responsible
manner. Our company is maintaining appropriate documented HSE management system with all involved stakeholders
(including Client, employees, partners, customers, contractors, local communities and industry organizations) to
take into account their concerns and expectations which reflects best industry practice and is consistent with legal
and regulatory requirements. Our HSES Team is working hard on defining the accountability and responsibilities within
the organization including full reporting and review of performance. HSE performance - is the end result of what
we plan and how we work. In all aspects of our activities, we operate on the basis of internationally recognized
standards which are implemented in the company through a series of policies, instructions and procedures. BCC
Group HSE management system audited and certified according to theinternational standards EN ISO 45001 and EN
ISO 14001.

ever-improving quality through activities and efforts that improve the effectiveness of the quality management
system. The team of engineers is responsible to ensure all products and facilities comply with requirements and
established international standards and to continuously improve our “quality management culture”.
Our company has successfully implemented Integrated Quality Management System according to:

-ISO 450011:2018
The above implemented standards are assured with the certificates issued by Bureau
Veritas. BCC GROUP continuously reviewing all opportunities to improve all business
processes and to implement an additional control to ensure continuous improvement.
For this purpose, BCC GROUP has:
-EN ISO 3834-2 by ABS for Quality Requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials,
certified -DNV-GL-ST-E271-2.1-1 by DNV GL for fabrication of Offshore Container,
certified -EN ISO 1090-2 EX3 by TUV AUSTRIA for fabricate large and heavy steel work
from building to bridge. We have implemented the system of performance quality
control at each stage of production process from receiving the raw materials to our
production facility to delivery and installation of the final product at the clients’ site.
Efficiency system helps our team to set our quality objectives to a high level and to
keep them realistic at the same time.The common way of controlling quality is the
inspection of finished parts of a product. Our quality inspection team consist of dimensional,
painting, welding, traceability, NDT and final inspection members to perform full
control of all Manufacturing/Production/Installation processes. All QA/QC inspectors
are continuously trained and certified/re-certified by International Training Company for fabrication and construction
process:
-CSWIP 3.1, -CSWIP 3.2,
-BEGAS Level 2, -NACE Level 2,
-EN ISO 9712 Level 2,
-ASNT Level 2 certified inspectors control our fabrication and construction process

BCC Group has extensive experience in design, construction, installation and commissioning of different types of
industrial objects and structures for oil and gas, energy/power, marine, avio, civil and other industries. We also have
a significant track record for building of heavy foundations, machine bases, tubular and sheet steel piling, etc. It is
worth to emphasize that BCC Group have developed particular expertise in hydro construction industry with rich
experience in building and refurbishment of water channels, overpasses, jetties and quays, bridges etc.

We are a reliable partner in civil engineering specialized for turn-key projects starting from design, project management,
site preparation, material supply, execution, installation and commissioning. The activities include all required
electro-mechanical installation for buildings/industrial plants, as well as installation of underground cables and piping
works. We are doing civil engineering for different types of industrial, residential and commercial buildings.

METAL FABRICATION
BCC Group is a market leader in steel fabrication, specialize in sheet, plate, structural and pipe fabrication utilizing modern welding
bending, shearing and cutting equipment and procedures in our own manufacturing facility located in Baku, Darnagul district.
Our remarkable clients list includes international and local companies from oil&gas, local construction companies as well as market
leaders in energy sector. To serve such demanding clients and to meet all high quality requirements, we developed standards and
procedures that are permanently updated and improved to go in hand with all international trends in this industry.
Our production facilities include, but not limited to: plasma cutting, drilling, welding and non-destructive testing, sandblasting,
priming, painting and coating. On our plant we successfully perform structural steel fabrication of beams, channels,
columns and other miscellaneous metals. In the past years we have fabricated steel platforms, hangars, walkways, canopies,
estacades, steel structures and storage tanks. We can also provide our clients with steel joists and metal decking services.
Our wide range of metal fabrication and installation experience combined with our construction capabilities gives us the confidence
to offer our clients construction turn-key solutions for different types of industrial projects.

Prefabrication and installation of modular buildingsOur fabrication capabilities encompass prefabrication, installation and maintenance
of modular buildings including fabrication of offshore modules and containers, offices, storages, temporary facilities and other
various public and community objects. Prefabrication and pre-installation operations are carried out either at our own fabrication
yard or any area provided by the client. In the process of project execution, we use polyurethane, rock wool, fiber cement, sandwich
panel and other modern building materials to serve environmental and operational conditions of the structure.
Our production facilities allow us to fabricate and install structures of any size and complexity depending on the project requirements.
Our production capacities are over 400 tons of metal construction per month.
Building of a new fabrication plant next to the existing one will double our production capacities up to approx. 800 tons/month.
Completion of the new production plant is expected during Q3 2020.

GAS DISTRIBUTION STATION
BCC Group has extensive experience for construction of the Gas Distribution Stations. Recently we successfully constructed, installed
and commissioned few gas stations located in Baku, Azerbaijan. The stations are based on “AGDI 100-160” local automatic
gas distribution system and it performs complete operation control on technological parameters and processes. Based on the obtained
information, the system prevents the cases of disorder and accidents in time and provides normal, harmonious and optimal
working regime.
