Indian Relay Races
Adrenaline meets tradition as riders fearlessly
jump from one horse to another in
a fast pace, high adrenaline traditional
horse race. Racers work together to
stay safe and cross the line first. During
the season, you can watch races at the
Rocky Mountain Turf Club.
Pow Wow
A Pow-wow is a living celebration of a
thriving culture. The first time you attend,
it is impossible not to be moved by
the power of the drums and the dancer’s
regalia.
Vibrant regalia and culture
The International Peace Pow-wow is an
annual event at ENMAX Centre. The Galt
Museum & Archives and Fort Whoop-
Up also host special events Pow-wows.

an audience; it is a genuine gathering
for families and the community. While
guests are welcome, consider, you
