Raw Fitness is based on the concept of bringing out
one’s inner purity in order to guide our members to
their goals and finding the athlete within oneself.
Our fitness center provides a unique environment that
covers all fitness aspects such as, the latest Life Fitness
and Hammer Strength equipment, Lesmills and
Freestyle classes, Health Bar as well as Physiotherapy
and Nutrition Clinic.

SLIMMER
This is purely a cardio class with the aim of making you slimmer. It's accomplished by using body weight exercises while working at different
intensities to burn as many calories as possible
UNTAMED
BURNER
SPINNING
This is a cardio class aiming at high intensity training using your body weight. It is a 30 minute session that will keep you wanting more but leaving
you with nothing left to sweat.
This class allows you to cycle indoor. It is a high intensity class working in many different intervals while providing a realistic feeling of being
outdoors with uplifting music and lighting.
BODY COMBAT
Body Combat is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout, it involves no contact and there are no complex moves to master. This class helps in
developing coordination, agility and speed.
BODY PUMP
Body Pump is a full body workout using light to moderate weights with high repetitions in order to develop lean muscle. This class will help you burn
calories and increase core strength.
RAW’S
SHAPER
The primary purpose of this class is to gain strength and tone your muscles. This is done by targeting all the main muscles of the body especially
through compound exercises. This class incorporates a mixture of body weight exercises and weight training.
GLUTES & CORE
This is a 60 minute class which targets a mixture of abs and lower body that helps keep your body in shape.

FLEXIBILITY
This is a stretching class where the muscles elasticity is improved which allows the achievement of comfortable muscle tone. It is a fitness component
which is often forgotten but this class will provide the feasibility and effectivity to target this component.
RAW’S YOGA
Yoga begins with breathing exercises and gentle stretches, followed by a series of individual poses and final relaxation

BY THE SEA
This yoga class will further de-stress you as you'll be enjoying the class to the breeze of the sea. It will be held at Deece By The Sea.

any situation to survive the obstacles this class presents.
