Airframe
Our team of technicians are fully licensed and receive additional training for
specialized structures work. All our facilities have in-house supporting workshops to
facilitate faster turnaround times and to maintain quality standards. Our state-of-the-art
dedicated repair stations for AW139 ensure that your aircraft receives the highest
quality service.

components for quick exchange. Our depth of component service offerings give
customers the flexibility of choice depending on operational and budget needs.

A TECHNICIAN PERFORMS A REPAIR ON AN EXHAUST DUCT

DUCT REPAIR
Heli-One has a certified repair solution for the AW139 exhaust duct (1st
and 2nd generation). Customers have an economical solution (over
replacement) for this part with low turnaround times. Materials used in the
repair process increase part durability and longevity.

IN-HOUSE REPAIR CAPABILITY
This repair was developed by Heli-One Canada’s Design team
which is a Transport Canada Design Approval Organization.
Engineers work with shop technicians to continually iterate and
improve the repair.
