Success Stories, Loise explains that before
starting, she had many of the same
concerns I’m sure you do – having a solid
legal footing, being taken seriously and getting
things right, especially in London. With our guidance, and her own commitment
and savvy, Loise has now got a number of properties and has this bit of advice for those
who may be apprehensive about getting started and approaching landlords

because I started at a later age - just make that

Sisters, and Co-Founders of Rent 2 Rent
Success, Stephanie and Nicky Taylor, were
sceptical when they first heard about the littleknown
strategy of rent to rent.
It just seemed too good to be true. If it were
true, and if it were legal, why wasn’t everyone
doing it?
“Then, Mum got sick and it hit me that my
well-paid job as a contractor in financial services
required me to be in Bristol to fund the lifestyle
I had little time to enjoy. That made it very
challenging for me to be away with Mum in
Birmingham. And Mum needed me.
That was the moment when I overcame my fear
of getting started and my beliefs that business
and property success were not for ‘people
like me’ who didn’t have the right contacts, or
business experiences or cash in the bank.
I committed to making it a MUST, not a MAYBE,
to create the financial security to allow me to truly
live my values and be there for my family.
It’s not overstating things to say that the little
known strategy of rent to rent has completely
transformed our lives and it can do the same for

Since starting their rent to rent business, HMO
Heaven, in 2016 they’ve built a thriving property
business and brought in contracts worth over
£2m.
They’ve been able to sack their bosses and spend
more time with their families.
They’ve worked with hundreds of people to help
them achieve life-changing results too.

for every person they help in the UK, they also
fund business training for people in Malawi and
Zimbabwe and Wales. Being a gamechanger and
