Sisters, and Co-Founders of <strong>Rent</strong> 2 <strong>Rent</strong><br />
Success, Stephanie and Nicky Taylor, were<br />
sceptical when they first heard about the littleknown<br />
strategy of rent to rent.<br />
It just seemed too good to be true. If it were<br />
true, and if it were legal, why wasn’t everyone<br />
doing it?<br />
“<strong>The</strong>n, Mum got sick and it hit me that my<br />
well-paid job as a contractor in financial services<br />
required me to be in Bristol to fund the lifestyle<br />
I had little time to enjoy. That made it very<br />
challenging for me to be away with Mum in<br />
Birmingham. And Mum needed me.<br />
That was the moment when I overcame my fear<br />
of getting started and my beliefs that business<br />
and property success were not for ‘people<br />
like me’ who didn’t have the right contacts, or<br />
business experiences or cash in the bank.<br />
I committed to making it a MUST, not a MAYBE,<br />
to create the financial security to allow me to truly<br />
live my values and be there for my family.<br />
It’s not overstating things to say that the little<br />
known strategy of rent to rent has completely<br />
transformed our lives and it can do the same for<br />
you too.”<br />
Since starting their rent to rent business, HMO<br />
Heaven, in 2016 they’ve built a thriving property<br />
business and brought in contracts worth over<br />
£2m.<br />
<strong>The</strong>y’ve been able to sack their bosses and spend<br />
more time with their families.<br />
<strong>The</strong>y’ve worked with hundreds of people to help<br />
them achieve life-changing results too.<br />
And their partnership with B1G1 means that<br />
for every person they help in the UK, they also<br />
fund business training for people in Malawi and<br />
Zimbabwe and Wales. Being a gamechanger and<br />
making a positive difference is a key part of what<br />
they do and teach.<br />
