Our Story
Stewart & Jasper Orchards, located in the heart of the
San Joaquin Valley, is a multi-generational family-run farming
operation headquartered in Newman, California that takes pride
in creating the finest quality almond products. Since 1948, when
our company was founded by Romain Stewart and Lee Jasper, we
have integrated every aspect of production from the orchard to
the marketplace including growing, hulling, shelling, processing,
exporting, and marketing. Our first store, which began as a service
to growers and neighbors, is a California legacy and has now
grown to three convenient retail locations.
Our rich family history, our attention to detail, and our
commitment to producing the finest California Almonds is evident
in every aspect of our operation. From the orchard to your home,
and to countries beyond our borders, Stewart & Jasper remains
committed to producing and marketing fresh, quality, California
