Sixty free Heart Foundation walks occur each week across the<br />
<strong>Sunshine</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> region. The Heart Foundation Walking program is<br />
Australia’s largest network of free community based walking groups<br />
coordinated locally by the <strong>Sunshine</strong> <strong>Coast</strong> Council.<br />

See our beautiful coastline <strong>and</strong> waterways in a new light by joining a<br />

Moon walks are held on or around the full moon each month <strong>for</strong><br />
approximately 45 minutes starting from Cotton Tree <strong>and</strong> Lake Kawana.<br />
