PROGRAMS
HOME SCHOOL SWIM LESSONS Ages 6-17
Home School Swim Lessons offered for home school children, following our
swim lesson stages. Participants will gain skills and knowledge to be safe
in the water. There must be a minimum of 2 participants in order for the class

JUNIOR CHEFS Ages 4-12
This class is filled with simple cooking activities for kids. Mixing, measuring,
and sharing included. Children with food allergies should contact the program

HOME SCHOOL GYM & SWIM Ages 6-12
September 2 - October 21, 2020
Open to home school kids and includes time in the gym and pool.
Preregistration is required. Registration will close the day prior to each class.

PAINTING WITH A TWIST Ages 4-12
Jump into the world of artists creating your masterpieces on canvas every
week. Students will be provided with step-by-step instructions to create their

HOME SCHOOL GYMNASTICS* Ages 6-17
Home School Gymnastics provides a well-rounded fitness experience and
promotes self-discipline, confidence and self-esteem. This class focuses on basic
gymnastics skills such as tumbling, strength and flexibility. For more information,

INDIVIDUALS WITH
DISABILITIES PROGRAMMING
Adaptive programs have a goal to help individuals transition to a larger
integrated community. Participation in non-adapted programs is also
encouraged by the Y. The Y continuously evaluates its programs and is
open to new ideas and suggestions to ensure a successful experience.
PARENT & CHILD ADAPTIVE SWIM Ages 5+
An adaptive swim program designed for individuals with cognitive
disabilities/developmental delays. This class focuses on overall water
safety and individual skills and abilities that fosters growth and increases
confidence in the water. An adult must be in the water with the child.
