FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we now require
48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a 30% fee
of cancelled service does apply and will be due before a new appointment is
scheduled. Should you not some for your appointment without calling, a fee of
75% of services does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Cancellation fees are waived for anyone that is feeling sick or experiencing
symptoms of COVID-19 and you will be able to reschedule your appointment
no less than two weeks later.
CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT
To help our guests avoid having to pay cancellation fees, we ask that you confirm
your upcoming appointment. You can confirm through automated email or texts
that are sent out prior to your appointment.
RUNNING LATE
At Maven it’s important to us that we can give you an experience we can be
proud of. We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are
running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment
may have to be rescheduled to prevent rushing or taking time from the guest
after you. We will do all that we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us
know as soon as possible if you are going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy
may be applied for cancellations due to late arrival.
