Make your order before 2:00 pm (Eastern time) on any normal 

shipping day, and your order will be shipped the same day. Orders 

made after 2:00 pm will be shipped on the following business day. 

Post office shipments must be placed before 11:00 am for same 

day shipping. Extra large orders may require an extra day to ship.

If you are unhappy with anything you order for any reason at all (or 

even for no reason), you can return your item(s) for a full refund or 

exchange: whichever you choose. No returns for BB sets and used/ 

opened personal care items. All returns must be undamaged and 

returned within 30 days of your purchase for a complete refund. 

Clothing must not be soiled or laundered. Personal care items can 

not be used. 

We do not pay shipping costs for returns. 

When Your Order Will Arrive? 

Shipping Policies All orders are sent on the same or following 

business day that they are received. Unless otherwise requested, 

your order will be sent by either UPS or FedEx ground service if you 

are within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. 

International orders may also be sent by other carriers if more 

economical. Please call or check online if you need rate information. 

Shipping costs are based on both the size and weight of your 

package.
