Pumpkin Fry Recipe
If you make the pumpkin this way, you will like it.
Pumpkin vegetable is made with puri, and it is very
tasty. Today we make it in a different way.
Ingredient
Pumpkin -------- 500 grams
Oil --------- 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida --------- 1 pinch
Methi seeds --------- 1 teaspoon
Green chilli --------- 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger -------- (finely chopped or grated)
Turmeric Powder --------- half teaspoon
Red chili powder --------- half teaspoon
Coriander Powder --------- Half a teaspoon
Mango powder ---------- half teaspoon
Salt ---------- as per taste
Coriander leaves ---------- a spoon (finely chopped)
Method
Cut the pumpkin and wash it well.
Put oil in a pan and heat it. Put asafetida and
fenugreek seeds in hot oil. After the fenugreek
seeds turn brown, add green chillies, ginger,
turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili
powder. Now add pumpkin and add salt. Stir and
fry for 3 minutes. Cover the pumpkin vegetable and
cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Your pumpkin vegetable is now ready to be eaten
with hot garam puri (indian fry bread)
