Growing up in Beverly Hills, Alison graduated from Beverly

Hills High School and went on to become a Professional

tennis player. After retiring from athletics, Alison took the

discipline and hard work ethic into real estate investing.

She has owned, properties around the country including

apartments in Hawaii, apartment buildings in Portland,

Oregon, and land in Telluride. Alison also invented a product

for use in the bottling industry and sold it to a multi-national

company. She maintains close ties to the local community

Launched in 2009, Caimeiju was created to promote luxury residential real

estate in the Chinese market. Having built a luxury brand by forging longlasting

relationships with high-profile elite agents, their mission is to help clients

It’s been said Caimeiju functions more like a Chinese digital agency than a

Caimeiju - What it means:

There are two meanings. It can mean “Selecting () a beautiful() residence
