The much-needed donation, which

The Old Station Nursery Heyford, in
Heyford Park, near Bicester had its
second year anniversary in April, but
has delayed the celebrations.

There was a very real fear that the zoo
would be forced to close permanently
due to the funds required to feed the
animals. But this donation will ensure
the zoo can care for the animals.
To give the zoo a financial boost, Kids
Planet staff and children are adopting
as many of the attraction’s animals
as they can in a ‘Summer Stampede’
appeal.
Children learned about the planets
and made their own ones and aliens
using paint, shaving foam and
more. The children wrote their very
own letters to the renowned British
astronaut.
