The QA/QC Laboratory Technician
will be working under the QA/QC
Laboratory Manager, following best
available practices and procedures of a
quality assurance (QA/QC) program for
our ethanol plant to ensure maximum
production and quality, while supporting
the policies, goals and objectives
Siouxland Energy Cooperative.
Individuals assigned to this position will
normally be responsible for the day to day
testing and quality control procedures as
identified by the Lab Manager.
This is a day shift five days a week at 40-45
hours per week.

Sr. Mechanic
Applicants need to have extensive
understanding of maintenance
procedures in an industrial environment.
Examples of desired equipment
knowledge includes, but not limited to:
electric motors, pumps, fans, drag and
auger conveyors, boilers, chillers, cooling
towers, heat exchangers, disk stack and
decanter style separators. Day shift five
days a week at 40-45 hours per week.
This is a leadership position with the
expectation of teaching proper techniques
to co-workers. Applicants need to be hard
working, self-motivated individual. Must
be able to manage confined spaces, climb
ladders and steps, work at heights, lift
up to 60lbs and be able to meet shared
call in requirements. This is an hourly
position. Willing to pay well for the right
combination of experience.

Electrical &
Instrumentation (E&I)
Technician
Applicants need to have general
understanding of maintenance procedures
and be willing to learn procedures for
the ethanol industry. Knowledge of
basic process instrumentation required,
familiarity with 460 V 3-ph motors & power
distribution desired. The position involves
all aspects of plant maintenance, but has a
focus on E&I responsibilities. This is a day
shift position with rotating days (Mon-Thurs
and Wed-Sat).
Applicants need to be hard working,
self-motivated individual. Must be able to
manage confined spaces, climb ladders
and steps, work at heights, lift up to
60lbs and be able to meet shared call in
requirements. This is an hourly position
and pay will depend on experience.
