MODULES:
Designed to be installed by an installation personnel without electronics knowledge.
All components are equipped with modular jacks and RJ45 jack crimped cables are
provided with the equipment. Only Electric lock connection is to be made without
connector.
2 and 3 doors control modules are fully programmable by installer. Door locking
type could be programmed for both modules. For 3 doors interlock modules,
interlocking logic could be selected as series or standard interlocking.
New series of modules equipped with computer interface are in R&D. Those
modules' logic, door locking type and timers (dwell timer and door left open timer)
could be programmed by PC software via RS-485 interface.
3 DOORS CONTROL MODULE
If more than 12 doors are required to be in a part of interlocking system, multiple
modules could be interconnected to create a solution.
In standard production, door left open alarm time is 60 seconds. Also, emergency
situation is lasting 60 seconds.
Dwell timer is limited to 120 seconds in Interlock control modules and 120 minutes
in passbox control modules. All standard timings could be customized on demand.
Dwell timer is to be programmed by installer/operator.

SEMAPHORE OPTIONS:
Installation material type and dimensions should be considered before to decide a
semaphore model.
Semaphores for interlock/airlock systems are all featured with emergency button and
buzzer. Model code ending letters are indication of buttons on the semaphores. “E”
indicates single button, could be used as emergency button or Request to exit button
(REX). “ER” indicates dual buttons as Emergency and REX.
BTL-450T and BTL-770T series are designed to be used with access control systems.
They are not featuring modular jack connection. There is a terminal connector to make
cable connections.
BTL-700 and 900 series has stainless steel face plate. BTL-900 is equipped with an
infrared REX button and sealed emergency button to avoid un intended use.
BTL-490ER could be mounted directly to the switch socket box which is flush mounted to
brickwall.
