Sylvan Building

Challenge: To create an office building that uses 70% less energy

than a regular office building. With a forward looking sustainability

plan, this office building would like to also open up spaces to the public

by giving back to its community.

Challenge: To create Mixed-Use Community Building With the intent

to promote art. The program had to be selected carefully to fit the

needs of the surrounding corporate site and had to incorporate

seamlessly into the architectural void.

03Bird Habitat

Challenge: To create a museum that would benefit the city of Hartford,

CT. The state of Connecticut has a wide aviary protection program,

therefore creating a beautiful and secure Bird Habitat seemed

fitting, but required to not hinder the animal’s health.

CHALLENGE: Bear mountain is the highet mountain in the state of

connecticut, frequented by many avid hikers. As part of a shelter

proposal, this project seeks to create a space that hikers can relax,

interact with for a brief time before continuin their journey.
