Detachable, durable holster pockets
Holster pockets are essential in work situations where easy access to
tools, bolts and bits is important. These holster pockets are made of
durable CORDURA ® and can easily be zipped off when not in use; a
distinct advantage if you only occasionally use the holster pockets.
The holster pockets can also be zipped off when the trousers need to
be washed, so you avoid having to empty the holster pockets.
Stretch material that follows all body movements
The stretch material is flexible in all directions providing a unique
freedom of movement with nothing that tightens or bothers. The
water-repellent multifunctional stretch material combines low weight
with very high durability. The flexible material feels soft and comfortable
- almost like a second skin.
Multifunctional kneepad pockets
Forget overheated knees. On the inside of the knee you can open
ventilation ducts that initiate airflow. On the side of the leg, via a
zipper, you can easily remove the kneepads, even while wearing the
trousers, so they aren’t keeping your knees warm unnecessarily. The
stretch kneepad pockets are made with a combination of CORDURA ® ,
Kevlar ® and the exceptionally durable fibre, Dyneema ® .
Integrated pockets with plenty of space
These trousers have plenty of space for tools. In addition to the
holster pockets, the trousers have a thigh pocket with phone pocket
and detachable ID card holder, a durable ruler pocket of CORDURA ® ,
front pockets and back pockets. As something new, the pockets are
fully integrated in the design, so with the stretch fabric, you can load
up the pockets without affecting your freedom of movement.
Get all the advantages of the correct leg length
It is crucial that you choose trousers that fit your leg length in order
for kneepad pockets and other details to be placed where you need
them. These trousers come in three leg lengths as standard: 76, 82
and 90 cm. The trousers can be shortened by up to 3 cm and still
retain the ergonomic design, the press stud adjustment and the
reinforcement at foot.

Two newly developed fits for women
The MASCOT® ADVANCED range includes trousers for
women in two different fits: DIAMOND and PEARL.
The difference between the two fits is mainly the
relation between the waist and hip measurements.
DIAMOND FIT
DIAMOND: Bigger difference between the
hip and waist measurements (more than
20 cm difference).
PEARL FIT
PEARL: Slight difference between the hip
and waist measurements (less than 20 cm
difference).
Huge study into the fit for women
Prior to the launch, a comprehensive study was
undertaken into fits for women. Measurements
were taken from a large number of women across
various industries, with these many thousands of
measurements then being used to develop two whole
new fits that are completely updated for the female
bodies of today, and entirely unique to MASCOT. We
have named these two new fits DIAMOND and PEARL.
These new fits have similarly undergone thorough
testing in a range of different industries.
Trousers that don’t have a women’s variant are
designed so that they also fit women. Always try the
trousers first to find the ones that best suit you.

lengths as standard, but ¾ length trousers often come
in just one leg length. The cord adjustment in these ¾

Extraordinary freedom
of movement in extreme
conditions
For many years MASCOT has been putting workwear
to work in challenging conditions around the world to
thoroughly test it in the most extreme situations. And
it couldn’t get more extreme than when Centre Terre
sent an expedition to one of the remote corners of
the world. In late spring 2019, expedition participants
tested the MASCOT workwear during particularly
demanding conditions in the virgin territory of
Patagonia, a long way from civilisation.
Here the expedition participants met with extreme
wind speeds and rainfall. Both the landscape and the
weather placed enormous demands on the workwear
when optimal performance was required. Some of the
group members work as professional tradesmen at
home. So they are used to demanding a lot from their
workwear as they move around. With high levels of
activity, it’s essential for the workwear to allow for all
types of movement. That’s why MASCOT dressed the
participants in workwear with extraordinary freedom of
movement from MASCOT ® ADVANCED.
Georges Castello, a tradesman by day, took part in the
expedition. Together with the others in the group, he
has been wearing workwear from MASCOT ® ADVANCED
for the two months of the expedition.

tops with rib at the hem. Here the category is rethought in
features, fabrics and details, and can almost be considered
as something between a sweatshirt and a softshell. As

Lightweight Insulation
Innovative lining
The thermal jacket’s lining is of the brand CLIMASCOT ® Lightweight
Insulation. Besides having a high insulating power, CLIMASCOT ®
is a breathable lightweight material that takes up very little room
when compressed. The environment has also been considered with
CLIMASCOT ® , as it is partially made from recycled materials.
Logo print on the clothes
Get logo print on the jacket and show your customers who you
represent. Because of the quilt, thermal jackets aren’t normally suited
for logo print. However, on this jacket the chest pocket it suited for
logo printing with many different transfer types.
Pockets and details
The chest pocket is spacious and has a vertical zipper that makes it
easy to use. In addition, the jacket has two front pockets with press
studs and inner pockets.

This thermal jacket can be used for everything. It keeps cold out with

Adjust the jacket to make it fit you
The detachable hood, the high collar and the bottom edge are all
adjustable with elastic drawstrings. Use these adjustment options to
protect yourself in the best possible way against cold and wind. The
hood is designed with an extra piece in the front to provide further
protection against rain.
Certified weather protection
The jacket is breathable, wind and waterproof and is approved in
accordance with the norm EN 343 and EN 342. The jacket has a
waterproof zip and internal storm flap. With its ergonomic fit and
stretch material, the jacket is very comfortable to wear and provides
full freedom of movement.
Stay warm with CLIMASCOT ®
The jacket’s lining is of the brand CLIMASCOT ® Lightweight Insulation.
Besides having a high insulating power, CLIMASCOT ® is a breathable
lightweight material that takes up very little room when compressed.
Functional at the back
The back offers plenty of room for printing a company logo. An
internal zip at the lower back offers the possibility for logo printing
without damaging the CLIMASCOT ® lining. On the back you will also
find a pair of elongated reflectors to make you more visible.
Extra protection against cold
The lining alone cannot protect you against the cold, so there is extra
protection at the hands and the lower back. The sleeves have an
internal rib at cuffs and holes for your thumbs, to ensure the jacket
covers the back of the hand. The jacket has an extended back to
provide extra protection at the lower back – also when bent forward.

The right size is crucial for the workwear’s functionality, and for your comfort and safety. In MASCOT’s
assortment, many products have a fit that can be used by both men and women. In addition, you will find
MASCOT products that are especially designed for women, as well as an assortment for children.
To find the right size, and get the most accurate measurement, we recommend that someone else measures
you. Take the measurements close to the body. Also remember to measure your leg length. In most of MASCOT’s

Across MASCOT’s assortment you will find women’s trousers, shorts and skirts in two different fits. It is your body’s measurements that determine which fit you
should choose. The two fits are called: DIAMOND and PEARL.
Two steps to find the trousers/skirts/shorts that are just perfect for you:
1) Find your fit
Your MASCOT fit will depend on a combination of your waist size (the narrowest part) and your hip measurement (the widest part).
The general rule of thumb is that if there is a difference of more than 20 centimetres between your hip and your waist measurements then you should opt for a
DIAMOND fit. If the difference is less than 20 centimetres, on the other hand, then you should choose PEARL.
2) Find your size
You can find your size by measuring the circumference of your hip at its widest point. Keep your legs together when measuring hip width. Check the table below
your fit: Determine your size based on the circumference of your hip.

Ultimate Stretch
Products with this symbol are made with four-way stretch.
The stretch material is flexible in all directions giving you an
extraordinary freedom of movement. Products with four-way
stretch are soft and comfortable to wear and follow your every
move providing extra comfort for your work day.
MOISTURE
WICKING
Moisture wicking
Most fabrics can absorb sweat, but some materials can do more
than that – particularly, transport sweat away from your body
so you do not experience wet and cold to your innermost layer.
A moisture-wicking innermost layer is crucial.
BREATHABLE
Breathable
Breathability in waterproof/water-repellent clothing is
especially important if you sweat while working in cold
environments. If you do not get rid of the moisture, there is a
great risk that your wet clothes will get cold and you will freeze
as a result.
QUICK DRYING
Quick drying
An important characteristic of moisture wicking clothing is that
it also dries quickly. If moisture is allowed to remain on the
fabric there is the danger that it could freeze and subsequently
lead to hypothermia. With the combination of moisture-wicking
technology and quick-drying material, you are assured of
maximum comfort regardless of your activity level.
WINDPROOF
Windproof
When your clothing is windproof you hold heat more easily.
Choose products with this symbol when you don’t want the
wind to disrupt your everyday comfort.
LIGHTWEIGHT
Lightweight
The symbol indicates that the workwear is light in weight.
The garment remains highly durable. You should choose
products carrying this symbol if you want durable workwear
in a light fabric, for example if you work indoors and/or in hot
environments.
WATERPROOF
Waterproof
100%. This symbol is your assurance that MASCOT does not
allow as much as a single drop of water penetration. Zippers are
waterproof and seams are taped on the back.
ERGONOMIC
FIT
Ergonomic fit
All of MASCOT’s clothes are, of course, designed for movement.
But if you have a particular need for clothing that supports,
assists and just plain fits, in all body positions, then go for the
ergonomic fit.
WATER REPELLENT
Water-repellent
Clothes carrying this symbol are made of waterproof material.
However, it is not possible to put tape on the back of the seams
of certain fabrics. Therefore the product cannot be classified as
being entirely 100% waterproof, just water-repellent.
MODERN FIT
Modern fit
Most of MASCOT models have a normal, comfortable workwear
fit. Recently, we have experienced a higher demand for a
slimmer fit. Look for this symbol, if you require clothing to sit a
little closer to the body.

Certifications and labels
We certify MASCOT products according to international standards, norms and labelling. Some of them are
standards for safety workwear that you and/or your employer, must ensure your workwear has. Others,
such as Oeko-Tex ® , are things MASCOT has chosen to apply for on the products, so you can quickly get an
overview of, and find peace of mind in the fact that the products meet the strictest requirements.
In general, MASCOT invests in many norms for each product in order for us to document that the products
comply with high international standards.
DIAMOND FIT
Diamond fit
Diamond is a ladies’ fit. This fit is, as a general rule, designed
for women with a difference of more than 20 centimetres
between their waist and hip measurements. If there is a
difference of less than 20 centimetres, then the Pearl fit
is preferred. We always recommend that you measure the
circumference of hip and waist and use the measuring chart to
find the optimal size.

Magnets allow for the easy closure of, e.g. breast pockets or
for retaining screws and bits in hanging pockets. People with
pacemakers or an ICD should not use products fitted with
magnets. Magnetically sensitive items should also be kept well
away from magnets.

Pearl fit
Pearl is a ladies’ fit. This fit is, as a general rule, designed for
women with a difference of less than 20 centimetres between

We always recommend that you measure the circumference of
hip and waist and use the measuring chart to find the optimal
size.
Holster pockets
An indispensable feature for anyone using nails, screws and
bits. Select a version with magnets at the top so you do not
have to dig down into your pocket every time you need to grab
something. Holster Pockets can also be purchased separately.
Kneepads
If you already use kneepads, then you know how important
comfort is in your workday. MASCOT’s kneepad pocket design
ensures that the kneepads sit perfectly every time you kneel.
EN 342
The best way to protect yourself from the cold is to use
workwear that is certified in accordance with EN 342:2017. In
order to obtain maximum protection, your workwear should
be kept dry and tight around openings, such as the wrists, for
example. You will also need to wear gloves and a hat, etc, in
order to avoid local cooling. Each individual product is classified
in accordance with different values: thermal insulation
value (Y), degree of air permeability (AP) and, if applicable,
waterproofness (WP).
EN 343
When there’s a job that needs to be done whatever the
weather, it’s important to be properly dressed. EN 343 is an
European standard for protective clothing. Look for EN 343
certification if you want to be guaranteed comfort even when
it’s windy and raining. You will find two values beside the
symbol for EN 343. The first number indicates waterproofness.
The second number describes the breathability of the overall
product. Both values are divided into classes from 1-3, with 3
indicating the highest class in both cases.

Confidence in textiles. Tested for harmful substances.
REFLECTORS
Reflective
Small reflective strips on your clothing can be crucial to your
safety. Regardless of where you work, traffic can be a factor. In
