is a modern, high-class machinery park set for maximum performance and quality of production.
The highly automated production line allows us to produce over 1000 Mobile Houses a year! Therefore
we are becoming the most modern factory of this type in Central and Eastern Europe, and also
the largest exporter of mobile houses in Europe.

Our warranty is the best in the market and provides total protection
for LARK products for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase
of your mobile home giving you a peace of mind and comfort of use.
You can also enjoy the extended warranty on your home's construction elements
that are important for its longevity and durability. Due to the use of materials from
leading manufacturers, we are also able to offer products with extended warranty
periods as outlined below.

Your safety is Larks priority! All used materials fulfill highest structural and safety standards.
Our houses are built in accordance with all the requirements of the European standard EN1647
which means that they are suitable for seasonal or holiday accommodation.

of the British standard BS3632 which means that it is more suitable for year round living!
