It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the 7 th Annual Scientific Meeting of the<br />
Cardiology Department - <strong>Dar</strong> <strong>Al</strong> <strong>Fouad</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong> (<strong>DAFHeart</strong>-7) which will take place at Stella<br />
Di Marie, Ain Sokhna, Egypt, from April 26 th to 28 th , 2012.<br />
We chose to go outside Cairo this time to provide a more warm pleasant atmosphere to<br />
ensure memorable times.<br />
The exchange of knowledge and propagation of information in the field of cardiology is<br />
crucial in advancement and hence the scientific program this year has all the ingredients to<br />
guarantee satisfaction of all the participants.<br />
Recent topics in the fields of structural heart disease, heart rhythm disturbances,<br />
hypertension, ACS and interventions will be discussed by eminent cardiologists; live in a box<br />
cases will present the step by step technique of MitraClip insertion and also will present the<br />
first LAA occlusion device to be implanted in Egypt.<br />

� If your presentation includes embedded movies and/or sound, use the “Pack and Go /<br />
Package for CD” feature. This is found under the file menu. Pack and Go makes sure that all<br />
elements of your presentation are <strong>com</strong>piled together. This is especially important if you are<br />
saving to a CD. You risk not having all of your movie clips, graphics and sound clips if you use<br />
a standard "Save" or "Save as."<br />
� DICOM players will not be available in all <strong>com</strong>puters serving the conference.<br />
� Speakers are not allowed to use their personal laptops whatever the reason is. Strict rules<br />
are applied in this matter. Apple users must prepare a PC <strong>com</strong>patible CD or DVD loaded with<br />
their presentation(s).<br />
