Having discovered my love for buildings and homes when I was young has made

my decision to pursue architecture apparent. I believe that becoming a licensed

architect will help me achieve those goals to my highest potential. The first step

of this is to complete my master’s degree. My idea of architecture is to create an

experience through the means of building. I intend to design buildings that are

unique and interesting to the eye.

Kit of Parts 2

Project Description

Desultory: Lack of plan or purpose

This was accieved by having an aray of

different connections. There is no pattern

with the pieces, they can connect

in any way and also does not fit to the

shell of the model while the others do.

The board is arranged randomly and has

missing pieces taken out of it.

Codify: to arrange into a plan

This was accieved by having the pieces

connect from edge to edge. The pieces

in this section feel stable but also don’t

seem as connected as they would if they

were face to face connection. The board

is changing in this section but still contain

a certain pattern which is why I used

this technique for my middle section.

Equable: not varrying, staying the same

This was accieved by using face to face

connections between the pieces. All of

these pieces connect very easily and

the board is all one pattern. There is no

holes or subtractions from the board.
