Abdulla Lahej

Chairman

Abdulla is the Chairman and Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, and has an integral part in leading the firm’s tactical path

and ongoing processes.

His 21-year career in the region has contributed to Dubai’s exceptionally diverse and successful commercial and leisure

expansion, placing it on the global map as a leader in innovation and quality.

During his time as Group CEO of Emaar Properties followed by his role as Group CEO of Dubai Properties, he played an

active role in contributing to creating many of Dubai’s renowned landmarks and communities, such as Downtown Dubai

where the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are situated, Dubai Marina, Business Bay and Arabian Ranches.

His bullish attitude when it comes to business, gives him the drive to continually seek out new challenges. With this

determination, he envisions Ayana Holding to become one of the world’s biggest players in the Real Estate industry.

Abdulla instils the firm with a spirit of ambition, progression and initiative, enabling him to gather an impressive portfolio

of the most esteemed international organizations. He believes that every organization he leads and every team he

CEO & Founding Partner

Hamid Kerayechian is the CEO & Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, and has full responsibility for executing the strategic

direction and ongoing operations for the firm With a strong desire to continually rise to new challenges, Hamid’s vision

is for Ayana Holding to become an internationally renowned player in the Real Estate industry, with a goal to have a

collection of 50 thriving partner companies by 2020.

Hamid relocated from Southern California to Dubai in 2008 and over the course of his career served with some of the

world’s most influential organizations. With over 17 years of robust experience in the luxury development space and a

dynamic entrepreneurial spirit, Hamid is inspired by an innate sense of boldness, integrity and resourcefulness - qualities

that he injects to all of his companies, projects and developments.

Hamid infuses his companies with an essence of drive, growth and enterprise, which has enabled him to assemble

a portfolio of the most prestigious global organizations. As an energetic and interactive leader, he prides himself

on managing teams of highly motivated and experienced professionals, who play a fundamental role in the growth,

development and delivery of the quality projects and companies that comprise Ayana Holding.

Hamid believes that the quality and veracity of each project is enriched by explorative and open collaborations with all

Thomas Gateff is the Managing Partner of M2L Concepts.

Relocating to Dubai 14 years ago, he has led a diverse

career in the leisure industry, where he began working for

the Entertainment division of Majid Al Futtaim as Head

of Operations and eventually being appointed as one of

the General Managers. Throughout his 8 years with the

organization, he led key projects including overall operations,

business growth and projects delivery, as well as establishing new concepts for

the company across leisure and entertainment in the UAE, KSA and Egypt. With an

entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology, he pursued Virtual Reality and

Augmented Reality entertainment and branched out on his own in order to immerse

himself and be part of the digital revolution.In 2017, he began consulting for Emaar

Entertainment, where he played a pivotal role in launching and managing their brand

new concept, a one-of-a-kind 7,000 sqm VRPAR Park in Dubai Mall. Till today, Emaar

Caan Turkan is Chief Operating Officer of Performaa, with

more than 10 years of experience across global sales and

marketing, he has been involved in countless business deals

and negotiations on a global scale. He has a solid track record

of inward outward missions that have assisted investors across

diverse business opportunities. Prior to Performaa, Caan

played an integral role of Emaar Properties global expansion

plans. He was heading Emaar global sales team across every market. After a successful

career path with Emaar, he established Arma Global and its sub-entities Arma Properties,

Arma Concierge, Arma Interiors and Arma Films, which were acquired by two major

international organizations. Caan is actively involved and responsible for the delivery

of Performaa’s services and provides strategic sales, performance marketing, digital

transformation and system implementation advice to clients. He combines entrepreneurial

spirit with service design and implementation skills to drive gains in revenue, market

share and business growth. Caan communicates a clear, strategic sales vision, whilst

cultivating excellent relationships. He holds an MBA degree from Glion, Switzerland.

training from the best in the industry. In 2008 she joined

Hamptons International. Mandana became highly regarded as

a specialist real estate expert, eventually positioning herself as a pioneer in selling the

Armani Residences as well as achieving success in land transactions. Mandana spotted

an opportunity to make use of her extensive London knowledge to assist foreign buyers

purchasing properties in the UK, eventually deciding to dedicate her focus to international
