Event Date and Time Subject to Change. Every person regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission.
Purchaser assumes all responsibility in case of accident or property loss. No food, beverage or oversized
stadium seats may be brought into the stadium or arena. Florida State University reserves the
unrestricted right to revoke the license granted by this ticket by an offer to refund the purchase price.
It further reserves the right to eject without refund, any person on the stadium or arena premises who
is exhibiting inappropriate behavior. This ticket may not be used in connection with any promotional or
sales program in which said ticket is given away and/or sold as part of a sweepstakes, lottery, game of
chances or otherwise without the express written permission of Florida State University. Tickets obtained
from unathorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and the holder may be denied admission
or ejected without compensation. This ticket is a revocable license to enter onto property under the
ownership, control, or management of Florida State University and/or its direct support organizations
(“FSU Property”) and/or into the intercollegiate athletic event. By entering FSU Property and/or attending
the intercollegiate athletic event, you expressly acknowledge and agree that an inherent risk of exposure
to the coronavirus and COVID-19 (collectively, “COVID-19”) exists in any public place where people are
present; you acknowledge and agree that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to
severe illness and death; you acknowledge and agree that according to the Centers for Disease Control
and Prevention, senior citizens and others with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable;
you acknowledge and agree that you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to and injury and
illness from COVID-19 when you enter FSU Property and/or attend the intercollegiate athletic event; you
acknowledge and agree that you are releasing Florida State University and its direct support organizations
(which include its employees, agents, and representatives) from any and all liability related to exposure to
COVID-19 at the intercollegiate athletic event or on FSU Property, and will not to sue, attempt to hold liable,
or seek any form of damages from Florida State University or any of its direct support organizations for any
claim or cause of action (including negligence and negligent acts) related to exposure to COVID-19 at the
intercollegiate athletic event or on FSU Property; and you acknowledge and agree that you are releasing
Florida State University and its direct support organizations from any and all liability related to any illness
or injury you sustain as a result of being exposed to COVID-19 at the intercollegiate athletic event or on
FSU Property, and I will not to sue, attempt to hold liable, or seek any form of damages from Florida State
University or any of its direct support organizations for any claim or cause of action (including negligence
and negligent acts) related to any illness or injury you sustain as a result of being exposed to COVID-19 at
the intercollegiate athletic event or on FSU Property.
