As an 18-year old marketing communications firm, we specialize in helping creative marketing departments
find the right people to manage their marketing projects on time and on budget. More importantly, we

Derek is a creative technical writer who recently joined our team. We
are super thrilled he will be joining our virtual project team as he brings
both a balanced approach to writing, having experience in writing
difficult content that is hard to convey, as well as a unique ability to
translate hard to express thoughts and ideas simply and concisely.
We call him the Mind Reader because he’s great at helping you get to
the heart of what it is you need to say. Having worked for likes of The

Studios, he brings a strong suite of experience to the project team with
an eagle eye for detail and just plain old good writing.

As a trusted Communiqué USA partner, Joseph is a Master
Director of Web Development with a demonstrated history of
working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Icon Design, Logo Design,
Typography, and Book Design he’s our go to whenever we need
to bring visual identity into our creative ideas and projects.
As a creative web developer and talented artist, he has

Our Website Design/ Redesign Process
Not only are we pros at tackling complex projects with lots of moving parts, but we firmly believe that a solid
project plan is the secret to project success. Therefore, we will spend a lot of quality time with you up front
getting to know you and your team.
In the first few days of our engagement we will schedule a Project Kick Off Meeting with you wherein we will
meet with your team in person to understand what success looks like, how it will be measured, identify key
stakeholders who need to provide input and discuss your biggest points of pain.
After listening carefully, we will collaborate with you to create a project plan, creative brief, and a timeline that
clearly outlines the project’s key deliverables, due dates and milestones on which we can all agree.
From there we will roll up our sleeves and get to work. Below is a diagram of the general approach with which
we will approach your website and re-design process. Of course, as we get to know you more and understand
more about this project we will refine this approach but we hope the below graphic gives you an idea of the
level of detail we pay to each step in the process.

Budget Proposal
Overview
Client is seeking a solution for redesigning Cobb Chamber website to support new brand redesign launched in
December 2019, reduce clutter/density, improve visitor navigation and use design/aesthetic to better highlight
SelectCobb and similar respective programs that are revenue generating and should be prioritized for unique
visitors.
Once redesign has been completed, client would like their internal marketing team trained to fully maintain and
update site within Atlas CMS (ASP.Net). CC staff should also be trained on best practices for adding
content/pages to site to leverage depth of content for SEO and revenue generating campaigns in future.
Scope of Work
Communique USA, Inc. will collaborate with Joseph Stevens of FreshPress Marketing to meet the objectives in
4 phases through early fall for projected launch:
Phase 1: Analysis & Strategy Work Up
1. Conduct an onsite one-day deep dive Project Kick and Discovery Session Meeting with client team to
understand project background, current points of pain, establish roles and responsibilities, confirm
deliverables, and discuss success metrics and criteria.
2. Complete and Audit of current website to establish baseline metrics for current website and to aide in
creating realistic measures of success for the project. An example of a completed website assessment

3. Conduct Key Stakeholder Focus Groups/Surveys with current members to assess current
limitations/areas of improvement for those regularly using the existing site.
4. Competitor Analysis using 3-5 top ranked/most effective Chamber websites nationally to influence new
direction on aesthetic/navigation for user experience. Examples of top ranked competitors are Tulsa
Regional Chamber (good use of color for navigation/program priority), Nashville Chamber (great use of
menu/sub menu for navigation) week.
5. Strategy Approach & Recommendations Presented to Client for Approval

Phase 2: Concepting
1. Create SiteMap: Using results from Member Focus Groups, Website Audit and Competitor Analysisto
develop new sitemap. Sitemap will denote new pages, categories/groupings, page types, and menu
priority to establish framework for addressing ease of navigation and priority of revenue generating
programs.
2. Design Asset Assessment. Pooling of all images, video & promotional material which will be used for
new design. Assessing needs to fill voids for photo/video not provided and developing solution to meet
needs. Determine any new photography needs and establish budget.
3. Design Concepts combining new navigation/sitemap from Phase 1, with design objectives outline by
Cobb Chamber team. 3 different web design concepts will be presented to compare and determine
strongest concept to improve. One round of concept revisions is included in this estimate prior to
selection of final design.
4. Page Type Template design. Establish design concept for each page type template (ie: Member
Pages, Program Pages, General Info Pages, etc). 1 Hr conference call to signoff on all designs at end
of week.
5. Begin Developing First Round of Copy – Copy (both existing and/or new) will be created in Word
document format for initial review by client. Copy decks will be presented for review and approval.
Estimate includes 2 rounds of comprehensive revisions. Revisions beyond the two initial rounds will be
billed back at a rate of $115/hr. (as needed)
Timeline: 3 Weeks
Phase 3: Development
1. Incorporate design into Atlas CMS template.
2. Develop all core pages (main menu, 1st level of sub menu and page template for each grouping) and
begin routing copy decks for content review and approvals.
3. Assist Cobb Chamber team in migration of pages to fill out depth of site content.
4. Deliver approved copy decks to client for review and final approval.
Timeline: 7 Weeks
Phase 4: Optimization & Launch
1. On-Site SEO for all Core Pages and Cobb Chamber migrated pages
2. Off-Site SEO (Citation Updating for Name, Address, Phone; Social Media
Rebranding/Updating/Integrating into new site)
3. Soft Launch Week - 1 HR meeting with Cobb Chamber team resulting in signoff, Point DNS to newly
developed BETA, Audit new site for optimization, off-site linking, social integration
4. Hard Launch Week - Re-Audit and address inconsistencies which could impact SERP, Campaign to
announce launch at close of week.

Phase 5: Lessons Learned Debrief with Client – To capture key lessons learned, next steps and resources
needed to maintain the website and to document key takeaways for the future.
Timeline: 2 hour meeting, 1 month after site launch.
