In view of the health situation related to the Covid-19 epidemic and in compliance with public authorities recommendations, Club Med has stepped up
hygiene and safety measures in our resorts to offer you peace of mind and a most joyful experience.

experts. All protocols have been adapted to meet or exceed local regulations and are subject to modification as regulations change. This may result in

Please note at your arrival in the resort, identification document (Passport, national identity card) will be required by reception for all guests (including

Please be advised that the minimum legal drinking age in Malaysia now 21 years old. This was effective Dec 1st 2017.
Alcohol Information
Following the Legal Capacity and Authorization clause in this country, the drinking age (for alcohol consumption) is prohibited to persons under 21 years
old.
FORMALITIES
DRONES in resorts.
Please note that drones are prohibited at Club Med resorts located in France, Tunisia, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Maldives and Japan.
Drones may be confiscated by authorities upon arrival in resort.

Credit Card at the resort : A credit card must be presented by the card holder at check-in at the resort which shall be authorized for an amount to cover for
expenses and liabilities incurred by the card holder and his/her guests and visitors during the stay at the resort.
In the event of failure to produce a valid credit card, the resort reserves the right to collect a guarantee payment in cash for the same amount.
The actually amount incurred during the stay will be charged at check-out.
TRAVEL

The schedules of arrivals, departures in our villages are modified in order to comply with the sanitary measures imposed by the authorities.

- Arrival at the village: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. - Availability of rooms: Between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
- Room availability on departure day: Before 10 a.m. - Departure from the village: Before 3 p.m.
Customers arriving with Club Med transport.
- Availability of the room upon arrival (subject to the application of sanitary measures, a delay may justify waiting time).
