5 UNIT 4 HYKEHAM GREEN – Application for a premises licence. Members note the
application for the above unit as seen in the Lincolnshire Echo and would like to note that
the licensing objectives below are met when considering this application: 1, The
prevention of crime and disorder this could be done by installing a CCTV camera outside
the unit, 2. Public Safety, 3. The prevention of public nuisance and noise reduction, 4. The
protection of children. Members would also like to ensure that if alcohol is to be sold on
these premises that it cannot be delivered.
